Needs an update

The app needs an update. We can no longer use it to unlock our doors. We have to log in online and by pass the app all together.

Works well most of the time

The App works well when it works. Most days it has an issue and logs me out. This is frustrating. There is no way to change the time. It seems to be on EST which has no relevance at all In WA. I cannot find a simple way to email a question to the App developers.

SLOW๐Ÿ˜ก

SMS based, itโ€™s SLOW and often times out. Been out for years now. Pity itโ€™s SMS based.
Permaconn on the other hand works first time EVERY time and is lightning quick!
I have always stayed true to inner range products but this one has never been perfected. Pity, because the opposition seems to be leaps and bounds ahead.

Hi Matt, SkyCommand now supports high level control of Inceptions systems providing full interactive control! Also high level serial integrations have been added to the T4000 to allow for a faster response through SkyCommand, compatible systems include Paradox and Tecom. Call us for more info. So slow.

While I think this app is great because I can arm and disarm from anywhere, that has saved me a lot of driving.
However, it's incredibly slow. Sometimes it can take 5+ mins to arm or disarm, or even show status. My internet connection is super fast, so that shouldn't affect it.
Also, the pin option is easily bypassed by hitting the 'C'.

Poorly developed app despite its a paid service

InnerRange softwares usually stable and well thought prior development but I would say this app and the way it operates an exception. Controls doesn't work. I am able to arm/disarm the areas which is the only reason I am keeping it on my phone.

Works great and easy to use

I got my security installer to set it up for me and it's a breeze to use. Log in, go to controlling my areas and click the button... simple.
I can control my alarm system from my phone now and I've got this feature set up where i get a notification on my phone when an alarm happens too.
Love it!
