Such a bad App
Nothing works well in this app.
Works but a pain to add funds
I was only able to use an AMEX card. The app forces you to use a Mexican billing address.

It works great and I'm able to skip the cash toll booths that take forever! Any users here complaining it does not work it's 100% user error. It tells you where exactly to place your sticker for maximum results. I reach the toll booth and the arm raises quickly. No issues whatsoever and allows me to save a ton of time.

Don’t waste your time, I’m convinced it’s just a scam…
I’m convinced it’s just a scam to get your banking info. You will NEVER be able to reload your card, EVER. If you value your privacy, don’t download it. Or at the very least just use it to track balances. Just don’t add your banking info cuz it’s useless anyway. There’s a SPEI feature but that’s even less trustworthy. I’m going to Oxxo to try and reload it.

Cannot add money
Not convenient, hard to refill
Just Horrible!!!
You get charged a fee every time you load money into it. It is not accepted in all toll boots along the Mexican highway system. You get tons of restrictions, from how much you can load into it (small amounts son you can be charged many fees) to a cap on the amount it can hold. Also there’s a restriction of 24hrs to register a new credit card if you remove one (only 2 cards allowed) that does not work, WHY?! So I’m stuck without money until I can register another card card after 24hrs!!!
Regarding their Customer Service phone system, it must be so cheap because you cannot hear them or they cannot hear you, often I just had to end the conversation without a resolution because it is impossible to understand and communicate with them.
Just awful, not worth it!!

No puedo hacer recargas en la app
Cuando quiero recargar saldo en la app, indica ‘cuenta bloqueada’.. tengo que ir a un Oxxo o Sanborns a recargar saldo..frustrante!

Cuando actualizas algún dato, dice que se graba, pero regresa el dato anterior.
Se nota que no han actualizado la interfase. Tiene glitches a cada rato. Deberían hacer una app de cero, moderna y fácil.
