Scam

I booked a flight through this app and they scammed me and took my money, then told me my flight increased by $80 when I went online and booked with another company for a cheaper price. I requested to get a refund and the company instead told me to pay extra and just buy the ticket which I didn’t, they completely ignored my request for a refund and I’m extremely disappointed I didn’t think this app would allow scamming businesses to work through it. I’m deleting this app completely. Do not download!! I’m also reporting this app to Apple

Avoid avoid bad news

The app sends you to Cheapflightsfreaks. I had the worst experience with this company and don’t recommend anyone to use this company unless you are 110% sure you are traveling. This 110% also includes if the world 🌎 is going to end because they will not refund your money and if they do they will keep a large amount of it. I bought a round trip flight ✈️ while the pandemic 😷 was low. Once the cases started going up all around the world the airlines made changes to the schedule flights and according to the airlines rules the changes were considered major changes and gives me the option to cancel with a full refund. so I decided to cancel the flight and obtain a full refund because of the major changes and since I was traveling with my family and the Covid were going up worldwide. I contacted this company since I bought the tickets with them and explained the situation. After a long time on the phone and many calls I finally got a partial refund. They kept over $700 dollars for no reason even though the airlines issue a full refund since they made the changes. They make you agree to their terms if you want the partial refund. Worst customer service and company I dealt with. Is better to go with the airlines. Stay away 👎

Jetradar is not a scam and doesn’t sell tickets

It is a travel search engine. I can’t believe all the reviews from people saying this app/site scammed them. They can’t take your money because they don’t sell anything. Just like google doesn’t take your money they connect you to sites that do. If you have an issue, it’s with the travel vendors.

I have used this app over 30+ times and it has saved me thousands of dollars over past few years.

My only lament is I miss the feature where you could search for cheap flights with open ended destinations. Either way, keep up the good work!

Good app, but crashes

The app crashes on startup on iOS 13, i’ve restarted my phone and reinstalled the app, to no avail.

This is useless app I am searching for tickets from Toronto to Zurich everywhere Price is showing between $700 and $800 Canadian dollar in this app price is $1500 what a rip off garbage app is this

Delay- bad weather

So, I tried to make a reservation at 6 pm on a Wednesday. (The weather was bad.) The page that said do not leave was not “doing” anything so I figured the system was down and got my ticket through another party. I was then charged and given my confirmation number at noon the NEXT day. Sweating because there is clearly a no cancellation policy I called to tell them what happened. They were SO helpful and quick to refund my ticket. Customer service FIVE STARS.

Hello! Thank you for your review, but we do not sell tickets, and we have no phone number. You must have spoken to the travel agency where you bought the ticket after comparing prices in our app.

App is trash

I went online to purchase tickets to Atlanta the price stated it was $105 So I purchased the ticket and waited for my email confirmation which I received an hour later stating my purchase was refunded because the price I paid was unavailable by the airline and would have to pay more money. So I went back and forth with their customer service rep stating those prices shouldn’t be advertised if they’re not available and hung up. I would never use this site again and will let everyone know this site is a scam. So now my bday trip is ruined thanks
