Jetradar

Scam. You booked with them, pay, and then get an email that asks you to call. You get a respond from another vendor telling you the fare chosen does n longer exist and then they offer another airline at a way hire price. I have reported them to the BBB,government, local police and apple.
The directs people to scam sites. Please do jot download this app.

Your partners are not trusted agencies and airlines. I was directed to a vendor who is operating outside of the usa and attempted to rob me.

A great app but disappointed that return flight searches always give results on the same airline? If it lets you select each leg individually I’d give 5 stars.

Cheap ticket nightmare service

I researched this app, and thought I would try it out. Found a great price on the ticket. The kicker was you don’t actually buy the ticket through this app, it diverted my purchase to a different service called Mytrip. I saw a confirmation on my purchase for about 2 seconds then the screen switched back to Jetradar. I did not receive a confirmation nor a receipt email. I need the receipt for reimbursement as this is business travel. I wound up calling Mytrip’s customer service number, which was an international call, and was placed on hold two separate calls totaling an hour and a half. Very difficult to actually speak with someone. The finally picked up the phone and I was sent my confirmation, but was told to sign into Mytrip’s system to get a copy of the receipt.

Well, their system doesn’t recognize me as a customer so, I can’t sign in and get the receipt, I’ve been attempting to rectify this for two weeks now through email. They respond to your inquiry that it takes a week and a half for them respond. A week and a half goes by and they send a follow up that they need more time. Their response to inquiry, “I’m not able to sign into your system and get a receipt was”: “just sign in and follow these steps...” I guess I will be waiting another two weeks for them to hopefully realize that they didn’t address my issue. Or maybe, I’ll sign up for an international calling plan so I can sit on hold for an hour and a half again to get this resolved.

Waste of time

They’ll quickly sell you airfare that looks to be at a great price, however their discount vendors can’t always get the tickets they are supposedly selling. They’ll sit on your money and eventually cancel on you.

In response to the developers comments, I attempted to purchase airfare from a second vendor of theirs, again I was charged and cancelled because their vendor could not acquire the airfare they are selling. Jet Radar deals with vendors who sell airfare before they acquire it. I highly recommend going to a different place. These guys are a scam

Don’t do it

You will be tempted at the low price but it’s never the price the website says. You will always get an email saying they couldn’t reserve your flight and to contact them. They will then try and up charge you. I requested a refund and finally got it back a full month later but it was $40 less then what I paid. It’s the worst and customer service gives you the run around. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. Buy from a airline even if it cost a little more. This place will ruin your trip and bring lots of unnecessary stress to what’s supposed to be a nice vacation. I’m a cheapo and tried to get my tickets cheap and ignored all the comments and read the fake ones people wrote rating them high. DONT DO IT
