Awful app
Lack of features and unable to view reservations made on a laptop!!Robin T74
Buggy and frustrating
The app is very buggy. There is no confirmation when you press the button to say you're ready to be picked up so you have no idea if it went through. You stand at the curb wondering if anyone is coming to pick you up. Fix the app or you'll keep losing customers.janetgoulo

Cant text with drivers. Can't rate drivers because the app refresh turns the rating off before you can do it. If you're competing against Uber the least you can do is use your competition's app as a guide to how your app's user experience should be designed... Shame because I'd much rather support a local company like Dial 7 than Uber.Show lessMy 2.5 Cents
Can't login...
Repeated attempts to login have failed. If I can't be confident logging in, I'm not going to be confident that the app will retain my car reservation info when it comes to the important early morning trip to the airport. I'm going to keep calling a live person.hfreeman17
Can't finish account setup
After reading through the legal agreement and attempting to confirm and complete the new account setup, I am unable - no matter how many times I try to continue with the process - to actually finish and move on past the legal agreement screen.

Glitchy
Navigation is clunky. Once you figure it out its Convenient for booking a car from phone. Airport pick up car request feature does not work. I called from the airport instead.Dsc255
Wouldn't accept my credit card
Use dial 7 website all the time so downloaded the app. But it kept saying my credit card was invalid after several times entering it (correctly, I checked) so I deleted the app because it won't let you book anything without a credit card saved.JnaAg
Does not work--completely freezes
I don't know whether this is an iOS 8 issue--but this app completely freezes when I try to book a car.
