Airport pickup doesn't work
The feature where you click to say you are at the airport (that should then dispatch the car) doesn't work at all. Which figures, because everything about Dial 7 only works about halfway as well as it should.KSBlue
Fix this App
This service is great but their app won't work. It requires you to confirm your email address before logging in by replying to a confirmation email. Even with multiple tries, the confirmation email never arrived.Dial7user
Unusable
Loaded it on my new iPhone and when I get to the map to select destination the screen locks and flashes at me. After 3 restarts I decided it wasn't worth it and deleted the app.Thomas Mauro
This app is terrible
Tried using the iPhone app to make a reservation and the amount came to 0 and the destination showed up as "1,". --ended up using the website to make the reservation but was unable to cancel the other one from iPhone, nor can I see it on the website (also had to recreate my user again, using the same info --not sure why the website did not allow me to login with the credentials I made using the iPhone app --are they separate?) trying to make an update to the app shows a NULL reservation number... This app is terrible and not at all ready for primetime...Show lessDiamond 1MM
