I don’t what complaint is I Love them!
I have full subscriptions and had issues connecting to devices when I purchase new phone and computer. They were like Ninja’s and fixed the issues within minutes. I used Support and they have SUMBIT problem upper right AND I GOT ALL TAKEN care of within minutes. I still get the usual garbage email that slides through but I’m very happy and have always gotten great customer support. Been a customer for going on 3rd year. Do lots of traveling and feel safe. VPN won’t turn on at all
Very disappointed with the service received for over 1 month now. Nothing has been done to fix the problem and every time I contact them I get another ticket to answer the same questions and get into the queue again. Not happy at all.
Still no VPN on my IPAD and nobody has done anything or contacted me. Not happyShow lessbubblespeppi

Fantastic VPN
I used this vpn in China after using a few others which didn't work.
The interface is nice and simple and works when you need it to. Highly recommended.Datsuke01
Generally good, but notifications include ads
Works for my purposes, which is only occasional use for browsing and viewing limited amounts of media in other countries. I don’t leave it on all the time because that slows things down.
Recent strike against the app: its notifications include ads for expanded levels of its services. Developers who use notifications for ads need to think again.Show lessMark Stoneman
Obligatory Rate for Free Extra Data
Just started using because of downloading it for Opera web browser on my phone. I don’t generally care for VPNs. Tried Nord a year ago and all it [seemed to do] was slow my internet down.
Rating for the extra data for my PC, but am curious to see how it works on my phone.

Not working
This app has stopped working on my iPhone and iPad.
What is going on? iOS 12.1. This app will not install a profile it just keeps recirculating back to ‘Allow’. It has been like this for months. I try to access the app website but Safari says it cannot establish a secure connection to theserver. Come on guys I have paid for this service. Also still not working on my iPhone.
Months after not working I have a modest refund. Company claimed to know there was an issue but no sign that it has been fixed. What a time waster.Show lesspaulillman

I had used this "software" for a year but more than six of these months were just problems: the vpn didn't' work with Mac only on phones/tablets. After I sent many emails to costumer support and received automatic step answers the answers I decided to call them. The tec guy on CS told " that is a Mac problem..." So, I decided to change the software for another one. I'm really happy now with another option that works with Mac. In these days perhaps is too hard to fix bugs, for surfeasy is "easy" blame apple than fix the bugs. Don't spend your money and time with this app, try another one.Show lessChorume
Doesn’t work! Think twice before subscribing!
Some lucky people get a response from the developer. I get none. So, I’m still paying for something that doesn’t work! How can that be correct? But with Apple & SurfEasy passing the buck between we, the consumers, have no chance. Think twice before subscribing; I will in future!
No response from the developer to the review which I submitted (see below). Says it all!
Doesn’t work in the country I want it for. Developer admits it doesn’t work in that country but refuses to refund and Apple won’t refund either. Very bad!!!Show lessDoone1951
