I second "garbage, garbage..." etc.
I've tried cancelling my subscription twice. The app is built to give the user the run-around -- I can't even access the View Plans page, where the rumored Trash Bin for cancelling is located. I haven't even been able to log in unless my iPhone auto-logs me in. I have tried to reach out to customer service, but like other reviewers, I've just gotten the run-around there too.
But you guessed it: Every month like clockwork, SurfEasy charges me $2.99. Sickening.Show lessteeberg
Bug in the app
Have used this app successfully for a few years but over the last 2 weeks it has stopped working.
They say there is a bug in the app. Rang them a couple of times. No response from emails yet as to how long a fix will be. Last update 2 months ago. Seems to be an issue of compatibility with latest version of iOSShow lessInterositor Machine

I’ve been using SurfEasy’s ultimate plan on my computer for about two years now and it’s been my favourite, but the mobile version is horrendous. The VPN doesn’t stay on nor does it reconnect even with direct connection on, additionally with locking your phone, it turns off unless you have an on going connection via your music playing in background. It doesn’t block majority of trackers (social-media apps like, Instagram, Tumblr, Google Analytics, etc.), either. Moreover, I can see everything that goes through my DNS; I have to download an additional application to compensate with the majority of the third-party trackers that SurfEasy allows through. I hope these are but obstreperous bugs and that they’ll amalgamate into something that holds true with “encryption”, it remains one star until this gets fixed.Show lessItarillë

I had some issues at the beginning but a couple of deletes and reinstalls resolved however like a bad smell the issues with the app continue. Activate the app and the connection my to router cuts out ! Delete the app ( cos the app dashboard freezes) and my wifi clicks back into action. This used to be great app reliable & stable. Surf easy need to be mindful there are other VPN’s out there & continued poor reviews could well result in your subscribers ending their subscriptions. I know I’m one of them.Show lessrickyruk

I’ve registered and got a lot of free date to use not sure if there will be more ways to earn free data , stability is ok plenty countries to choose from I would recommend even just for a free data as a temporary solutionSiwy14

I didn’t even know I had this app downloaded on my phone until I happened to see the subscription billed on my bank statement. Needless to say, I deleted it immediately, because it’s a JOKE! Every time I search the web for jobs, I start getting flooded with phone calls from schools wanting me to go back to school and get a degree. From what I read about this app, it’s supposed to let you surf the web without anyone knowing what your looking at. Well obviously they’re watching my every move. 👎🏻Show lessEweesmom

This vpn is very good and unlike every other free vpn or even paid it does not have ads and I hate ads because of how long it feels when your waiting for that timer to reach 0 it feels like hours so download surf easy and try itWe need ghouls
