App does not work

Can’t access and have good email
I can’t access my tickets for Nashville because I used Apple to sign in and it uses a private relay email. Unfortunately it is not relaying a password to my account. It works perfectly fine on the premier league app. Just not this broken pl morning app. Please help! The event is tomorrow!
Didn’t work
App doesn’t work with information emailed, just won’t bother attending the event now.
Poor planning
I registered late but was able to register and was sent tickets. Then sent a note that we had to use the app and I had to give email addresses for minor children. The point of having one person register is to better control entry. Now you force an app for entry? An single purpose app? That’s not the best choice, so we are just not going. While appreciate the free event, this is just a security nightmare all the way around.

Cannot register guests
I’ve been trying since I received the email to download this app to register my guest, who are minor children. It would not do it, said the dates were invalid. Finally, by using my wife, and my birthday I was able to push it through. When I downloaded the app onto their phones, and entered the emails I used to register them the app is telling me they aren’t on the list. As of now my kids won’t be going, because you sprang this app on us. I have an email with 4 guest QR codes, but can’t use them, because of this broken app.
