I will happily update this review when they quit messing with things that are not broke. As I have said on the phone and I have said here fix the things that you have changed that are screwing with business profile and since the last update I get internal error messages. Why not ask or thoroughly test before sending out updates. At this point I’m very frustrated. We pay almost 40 a month for a broken system

Suggestions

Can we please add the ability to view clients packages on the app so we can see how many sessions they have left?

Hi! Thanks for you feedback. We are currently working on this now. So expect Credits to appear within a client's record within the next update or two.

Could be better

As an employee, I wish the integration with my Google calendar worked both ways so I couldn’t be double booked when I already have appointments scheduled externally. That’s the only point of connecting a scheduler to my calendar, personally.

On the app, I wish I could see my client’s whole waiver and not just their contraindications and medications.

Deposit

We need the option to collect a deposit to book an appointment and be deducted from the total

Hi! You can set up a required deposit within Settings > Online Booking Rules > Prepayment Rules within desktop at MassageBook.com. This feature has been available since August of last year. If you need assistance, please reach out to our support department. These settings will also be available in MassageBook Manager within our next release.

Great app but could use some upgrades

This is a great app. I appreciate the views. I think it would be awesome if the client profile offered a place to store Client ID info as ios now required by florida law. Also the ability to create clickable discounts rather thank having to add reason each time would be amazing

Very pleased with the customer service

I love to spend money when the customer service is an A+. I can say walking in the suite for my first time it smelled good and was clean. First thing I noticed also I felt pampered ladies y’all know we want that all the time. I was really impressed. I would recommend Eves Garden anytime👍🏾. Plus it’s catered directly for each individual.

Couldn’t get my business up and running

I tried to get MassageBook a shot. I had spent a few days building my business profile and my practitioner profile for my sole proprietor business. Literally hours. I was finally able to pick a membership and pay for the service. I was excited to get it running, but when I went to search for my profile after I paid I couldn’t find my business profile on any web search or MassageBook directory. So I decided to reach out to Support. They told me that my site was not approved and she went ahead to approved it to get it up and running. My site showed up in the directory and on web searches for about a day. Then went back to going dark again. I reached out to tech-support. They said it was flagged as not being approved and needed to approved again. This went on over and over again during the first 30 days. Needless to say, my site was not available for web searching or in the directory more often than not. After this problem was escalated twice to higher tech support with not lasting answer. I decided to give up and just cancel my membership to MassageBook. It was a lot of work to set up and it never got fully functional during the time I had the membership. I feel the conglomerates that own and run MassageBook have a little care to its members and have a lousy tech-support. Other things about the site that are not functional are the search from a client perspective. The search is pretty lousy. You have to enter a single date specific availability for an area. The date range doesn’t work people. Also it will often find people a lot further out of area than ones that have businesses closer. From a practitioner standpoint there’s no ability to format your webpage. You can’t even put paragraph markers or bullets in there, even though it looks like you have the availability to do so this is the same with the practitioner profiles you are not able to format their descriptions it literally looks like a run-on settings. Also, you can’t list for the business having specific massage modalities. You must list each service with a specific modality, and you’re not allowed to have mixed modalities in a single service. So your forced in order to list all your modalities to list separate massages for each modality you offer. It’s pretty poor planning to put the modalities in with the appointments. They should be paired to the practitioners so when you search a modality that that practitioner or business shows up not the individual massage treatment. You’d be better served with your own website.

Easy to use

It is very easy to use however as the business owner, I have to have my personal account open for everyone to use. I wish there was the ability to have a location based option.

Only one small change and it’s perfect

This app lets me do everything seamlessly, sort appointments, check out appointments , see and adjust available times, I just can’t see the current time without leaving the app
