    It’s working well. I have used it when I was working for someone else.
    Now it’s easy to learn and looking forward to building a website on it.
  • A MUST HAVE for every Massage Therapist!

    MassageBook has by far been the BEST thing I have done for my practice! From the ease of online scheduling for myself AND clients to the email & text reminders to the very effective marketing tools….I could go on!! If you’re still not sure, just try it! I PROMISE you will NOT be disappointed!!!
  • Awesome!

    The redesigned app is simply awesome! Very user friendly and it is so easy to do all the daily tasks right on the app. I highly recommend it and MassageBook!
  • Signing in

    Why do I have to constantly sign in on my phone? I elected to use facial recognition to sign in and the it asks for my password and my user name too. I’m getting a little frustrated.

  • Website customization

    Leaves no room for creativity, very limited. Gives me the option to include bullet points in the about me section editor, but does not display them on the website. Limited on amount of pictures I can display. They recently did an update but all that basically offers is a different more modern layout.

  • App needs update to support tap to pay on iPhone

    The old app allows for tap to pay on iPhone however, this new one does not. I called support already (so please don’t reply to this review with a generic suggestion to do so🙄, it would only prove that no one reads these reviews on your end) and was informed that you have to use a reader in order to do tap payments. If that’s the case, then why is the old app able to use the iPhone tap feature with the square integration? As a business owner, efficiency is key not to mention convenience and protecting the bottom line. Requiring a card reader is just one more thing to keep up with. Having to switch between apps just to check out clients is time consuming. Also, incurring fees for manual card entry is hurting the bottom line of a business. All of this can be rectified by simply allowing the iPhone tap feature like the old Massagebook app does!!!!

    Hi, thanks for your feedback. Square integration no longer allows tap to pay functionality, which is why it is not available in MassageBook Manager. As Square provides updates on their integration then we will be able to offer more Square specific features. However, we do offer tap to pay through Stripe. Have a great day!

    Every website has its quirks, but so far this has been amazing! Whenever you have a question just calling and ask for Andrew. He is amazing on wanting to help you.

  • Fixed and much better

    I am really appreciating all the features they are building into the app. It is making the process, much easier and more intuitive for me. I recommend MassageBook to my colleagues over other services. My only quibble is that they want to charge an extra fee for memberships when the fees are already high.
  • Steadily Improving Tool

    I see about 35 clients a week and use the desktop and app all day long. While there are occasional issues and features I’d like to see, the function is solid and getting better ever month or two. Robust tool that covers a lot of bases for me.

  • Stressful

    This app has had so many issues! Just imagine changing a time on one of your clients who comes in every month & all she wants to do is come in 30 minutes early for just this month, it will delete all of her appointments.
    If you have people booked out for the whole year and you give yourself a raise, you will have to go into each individual appointment and change the rate yourself. If you get this app, just know that when you are busy, you will not have any time to look for another app to help you because this is very time consuming to have to move all your appointments to another company.
    Are used to have this free app that was amazing! But they were nowhere to be found so I had to find another company. I figured I’d go with Massage Book because our malpractice insurance advertises it, so I went for it. I have taught Massage Book so many new things because I used to spend way too long trying to book people appointments. I’m having to pay the full price knowing that all I need is just reminders. I have had to turn off the website so that people cannot book any appointments, because I am so scared of what is going to happen next.
    They obviously know that I am too busy to look for another company and transfer all my appointments over. It’s either best to just go back to good old paper and pencil or spend your whole entire weekend. Transferring all of your appointments over, to another company.
