    I have been with massage book for a little over a year. I have seen them make some wonder changes. Every time I have called custermer service they are kind and polite and I am pretty sure they have always resolved my confusion. There may be something better but I am happy where I am. They seem to be interested in delivering the best product. That I can appreciate.

  • Honestly could not recommend

    If I hadn’t gone through the trouble of moving all my clients and their paperwork over to this service, I would probably choose a different one. Very basic and expensive for services like automatic emails. The mobile app is really only good for checking my schedule and sometimes checking out clients.

  • Get it together

    I can’t issue refunds or edit anything in the app. It’s been almost two years since I’ve been using this and I’m thinking about switching platforms.

  • The updated App is a Nightmare

    The updated app has been a nightmare.
    I have to check my clients out with the Square app instead of MassageBook.
    I tried contacting customer support with many questions but it seems to be pretty non-existent at this point. A few years ago, it was so easy to reach out and get a response in a timely manner. I used to recommend MassageBook but I’m so disappointed with them.

  • Need a waitlist option

    I’ve been using MassageBook since it came out to the market. Since then, I’ve used other booking systems, but always come back. MassageBook is fair priced, but mostly practitioners and user friendly. My only complaint is to have a waitlist option for clients. This is vital for a busy practice.

  • Terrible

    This is absolutely terrible to work with! I don’t like the viewing of the schedule. It is difficult to check schedules weeks out. I absolutely can not get the square to link. There really is nothing new I like about this app. Should have kept the old app. It worked great. Could have added a few features to that one but at least it worked! I’m seriously considering dropping massagebook altogether. If I can’t use the app, it’s pointless 🤷🏻‍♀️

Also, MassageBook Manager offers various schedule views. Try the Week view to easily see weeks at a time.   • Useful for basic needs but still depend on desktop

    I hoped that the update would have more features and a smoother interface, but I still need the desktop app to perform many point of service functions. This app really needs these features:
    - view intake forms (only shows contraindications and meds in mobile app)
    - apply discounts to sale amounts
    - create an invoice or super bill for pay later clients or integrate with Square invoicing
    - fix buggy pre-payment requirements. For example, if you set a rule for new clients to prepay a certain amount on booking, it almost never works right. Clients are sometimes forever to prepay in full or can’t book at all.

    I use the mobile app in the studio to manage schedule and simple payments and emails and that’s about all I can do with it now. It has potential to be an excellent tool

    Hi! Thanks for providing feedback. In regards to viewing intake forms and applying discounts, both are available within MassageBook Manager. Within a client's details you can select the Intake Form tab, then select View next to any intake form listed. To apply a discount, you can select "Edit Total" on the checkout screen to discount the total amount due.     Huge improvement from the last app I love how it actually will send you a notification when you get an online booking that is something I complained about a lot with the last app

  • Absolute nightmare

    I’ve been with MassageBook for over a year. The transition to this app has very negatively impacted my business. I’ve had struggles with making appointments and intake forums. I tried to reach out for help multiple time and never made it through to an actual person. This app has created so much stress for me. My advertising, QR code and all my clients use this site. I’m seriously considering the difficult task of using a different company.
