Love the app, the way it gives lots of options, however there are literally only 2 male voices and 2 female voices, all American accents and with very hard edges in their tones. It would be nice to have some diversity in tone and accent, and from different regions and cultures. I used the “sleep well” sequence as I have very difficult time falling asleep in pure silence, however the tones are quite sharp and higher pitched and. I was literally tossing and turning all night til about 4:30 am. There’s a lot of potential for this app but they seriously need to fine tune the voice modulation to make them better frequencies for the brain to actually drop into a theta and delta brain waves.

It’s my Paradigm, aka: my blueprint. I have to change this and bring all my energies together to achieve all the great things I desire. This app makes it so easy to create lists on affirmations that will serve you for the day or for a part of your life you wish to change. The way it allows you to record your own affirmations and attaches music to it creates an ambiance that’s relaxing and mesmerizing. I’ve never liked hearing my own voice before, but after recording my own affirmations and listening to it, I couldn’t believe how calming, beautiful and relaxing my own voice truly is. Not sure what made this experience or app so different except it’s easy, done for you and just what every body needs in their daily lives!

I listen to these when I go for walks and can hit play every 5 minutes to restart the playlist.

However, I use multiple Apple devices: two iPhones, one iPad and a MacBook. I originally made my account using apples private email service and was wanting to change my email to my dedicated email meant for apps that I enjoy and don’t mind sharing data with. It seems that I can’t just easily change emails or have any control of account information from the app. So I was unable to easily log into my Innertune account my other iPhone, or my iPad without having to jump through a couple of hoops on my end. Once I was able to login to my account on my other iPhone, It also seems that playlists are only saved locally on one device so all of my work was in vain. this app is still amazing and once we have a little more access to account information and playlists can be shared across multiple devices, I will be giving this a five star rating.
