App won’t install on my phone
App starts installing, flashes then stops the download and tells me it’s in my achieves; never actually installs.

I know a lot of people may not agree with me, on this, but I like the app. That doesn’t mean I’m saying it’s better than the original one. The app has worked good for me with few minor glitches/problems and allows me to store my DIGIMON. I did have a little trouble with sending my DIGIMON back to my watch, but after I figured out, there wasn’t really and problems. I know the app isn’t the best, but I think they’ll be able to fix it and make it a good experience for everyone eventually.

A gutted version of labs
This has replaced labs for what? There’s no Special missions, No items, and I’m being forced to use it, all for what? So if I buy a demon slayer viral bracelet I don’t need to switch apps? For online battles? There was no point to this app, and might as well have been just a separate thing instead of forcing everyone to migrate.

Horrible App
Bandai took VB Lab away and gave us the most god awful app that I have ever used. I have never even left a review on an app but my horrible experience with this new app has really upset me. I have had the same digimon since the viral bracelets came out and Julia transferred him to the arenas app to see how it is and now I can’t send him back into the bracelet. Not to mention this app makes no sense and has no items or anything useful. The entirety of digivolving is changed and there’s not much to do in my eyes. The interface and everything from VB Labs was so much easier to use with a lot more options. I would recommend to people to stay away from this app and just stick to using the vital bracelet alone. I am now forced to buy a new DIM card in order to even use my vital bracelet. If I could give this app a 0 star review I would. Stay away from this app.

I own every Dim and BE, this app is beyond trash
I have purchased every DIM and spent a lot of time in the old app. The game had us earning storage capacity as the top rewards. They then forced us to move to this app from the old app but did not provide a proper convenient way to transfer the Digimon we raised. The process was ridiculous, tedious and slow. I spent a lot of time trying to move them over but lost so many. Now the server is down and I can’t get any more out of that game. It took me about 1 month to completely raise the Digimon on each card and I probably lost about 8 months of work. The only people this hurts are the people that actually buy your stuff and have been playing the game and Raid events.
The VB hero has not even been in the US that long and they already shut the app down??
Why would I waste time and effort on the new app knowing you will just shut it down.
I do not recommend this game or device to anyone. Back to the VPets for me, I regret buying the new bracelets and will be canceling my 5 upcoming BE cards I have preordered.

Closing lab for this?
I’m so mad that they’ll closing lab and arena doesn’t even have half or more features that lab had. Like there’s no missions, custom background, raid and etc. like what the hell bandai??? Why close lab if arena doesn’t have all the features that lab have?

Digimon in my humble opinion has always been better than Pokémon but for some reason Digimon always falls short of fans expectations. Vital Bracelet Arena is just “ok” in terms of Battling and UI. Unfortunately the app it self takes long to load in between screens. No item store for me to spend my money on. No missions or special Missions. Honestly I thought the Vital bracelet was going to be better then Pokémon go yet it feels like Bandai doesn’t know how Digimon should actually be in terms of mobile Gaming/Vitual pet. honestly they have a HUGE money maker if done right in the mobile market. I’m a huge fan of Digimon and will continue use Vital Bracelet,Dims and Vital Bracelet Arena in hopes they make big improvements.

The Series
I have a Vital Hero and not a Vital Bracelet. I just started this yesterday. I began with a Renamon, that was on its way to become a Kyubimon later on today. I was using the Lab.
Today, I was told that the Lab was going to discontinue and that the Arena was going to take its place. I downloaded it and I tried to transfer my Renamon from my watch, to the app. I saw as Renamon teleported from my watch, but then the app froze. Renamon was not stored within the Hero version.
I realized that the Renamon Dim-Card is apart of the Vital Series. I went to the Vital Series version and I was unable to transfer anything because I do not have the Vital Series bracelet.
In conclusion, my Renamon is gone forever and I actually cannot use the app nor can I store the Digimon outside of the Hero series. I do not have any Digimon within the Hero series. That makes two products I cannot use with the app - Digimon and the bracelet.
The other app worked perfectly fine.
Also, customer support is only for people that live in Japan and have purchases made in Japan.

Nothing but disappointment
So with another update some issues have been solved. Which is a good thing especially since they were BIG issues (losing all data). And they Finally added in the ability to bind your acct, providing some peace of mind if something goes wrong. However a huge issue still exists… The ability to transfer data from the digidex on the lab app to the codex to the arena app and the ability to transfer items. And are tamer levels worth anything anymore? If you’re going to end up forcing us to move to this app, we should not have to lose everything we’ve done up till then. I haven’t even been training any mons cuz of this. So for the love of god, do a carry over. And I know you were trying to clean the app up, but good lord. No more custom plates? They keep updating but haven’t made it so our hard work wasn’t for nothing. Laggier than ever. Takes FOREver to load.

You guys ruined digimon in america again
You guys had something going with the first app. It was very nice and had good features it was missing multiplayer. Idk what is with people and thinking building and entirely different thing instead of building on top of what you already have but you guys missed the mark and took away everything good about the vital bracelet app and made it watered down and no longer digimon themed and just blatantly boring this will be the death of the vital bracelet unless you guys change this. I was gonna come back to revisit the device for 2v2 but with the current layout and app it’s just not worth investing time into the crap. There’s no changing the themes anymore all my progress is gone like what is the point anymore?
