  • Doesn’t work

    Reached out to support a few times after loading the app. Their instructions didn’t work. I contacted support and got nowhere, several times. They won’t refund you. I would advise to select other e-sim companies!!

  • Useless app money lost

    I have paid 9.99 for 5gb of data never got the network connection couldn’t use a single bit of it. Contact the support but they replied once every 24 hours. When they couldn’t resolve my issue support stopped responding and replying. Please do not purchase it you will not get the service.

  • Hey Yo! Bad support, fail to refund

    Had an agreed a refund with support agent that never was processed. Chats make you wait for over 4/5hours and you get “disconnected “.

    Sent several texts (that are listed as support tickets) and all remained with no response.

  • Reliable service

    I traveled to Mexico for the first time a few weeks ago and I downloaded a basic package to get started. I was so relieved because the service worked seamlessly. The installation was simple and easy to follow. When I landed in Mexico City I was able to order my Uber and head straight to my hotel. Throughout my trip made calls home, posted my pics to IG and felt comfortable knowing that I was always reachable. Tbh, this was my first time using an eSIM as I don’t really travel out of the US but I’m happy with the service.

  • Never again

    I had issues with activation with several esims from these folks. Reached out to support, maybe 10x through out my vacation, never got in contact with them. I was always in a queue. I will delete their app and try to go through my credit card to get refunded.

  • Difficult to use app, product does not work as described, no support available

    I bought a eSIM that should work in multiple EU countries. When I changed countries it stopped working. Reached out to support and wrote an email. No response. Better to spend more on a product that is actually supported than waste time and money here. The app is also unpleasant to use.

  • No customer service and doesn’t work

    I have tried to get 3 eSIM cards. All have even purchased and when you try to add them, it says download interrupted, try again. Then when you try again, it says it has already been added to a device and won’t work. I tried on different devices with the same results. Reached out for support and no one response. Their chat feature is horrible.

    Hello! We're gutted that your experience with Global YO has been unsatisfactory so far. If you've purchased the 3 data packages from the same account you won't be able to install them in different devices, as you're provided only one eSIM per IMSI per account, this means that purchases beyond the first one will be added as Top Ups to the first eSIM. Don't worry, we will be happy to issue a refund for the additional data packages, just reach out to us at support@globalyo.com and we will get it done.
  • Over 30 minutes stuck activating

    In the warnings it said if the eSIM is removed it cannot be done again. Well this one’s been over 30 minutes since trying to activate! I’ve cycled airplane mode and restarted from fully off on my iPhone too. Not sure when it’s going to if ever activate

    Hi Marvin!, we are a hard working team, dedicated to bringing the first eSIM+ to market: A service that gets you fast data and the best in local information and entertainment. The eSIM+ itself requires connection to a local authorized network of the destination country you plan on visiting - if you're not yet physically it will be stuck in 'Activating' status until it detects a compatible network, for this to happen you need to have roaming turned on in your device.   • Seems like a scam to me.

    I entered my credit card information for two separate cards and neither of them worked to purchase the data package because of the zip code but both of them were charged for the purchase. Now I have two charges and no data. GoMoWorld is more expensive but is way more reliable in my experience.

    We're sorry to hear that your payments didn't go through. We checked your payment history and we see that indeed your payments were rejected because the card you used did not pass the AVS check, meaning, that our payment processor could not match the ZIP code information with the one registered with the financial institution. You should receive the money back to your account soon, please reach to you bank to know the specific timeframe in which rejected payments are processed, as this is not on us. We appreciate your understanding that we have these security measures in place in order to prevent fraudulent purchases. If you have any further questions feel free to reply to your ticket.
