Welcome to Global YO.🧡Went to a trip in Caribbean and purchased a $30 plan that’s supposed to cover the area, yet had no internet there, despite activating the plan before traveling and getting connection with local cellular networks while there.
Trying to get a refund now and they are asking for screenshots of just about anything: bank transaction, account page with avatar visible, network settings. The communication with support is held via in-app chat, but the attachment feature is broken, so I can’t attach anything even if I wanted to. I don’t, because they clearly know who I am if I am chatting with them from their app. They should know my account number, my purchased plan and my payment transaction number. It’s like they are trying to make it difficult to get my money back for the service I didn’t get.
It was a big waste of time trying to get the internet to work during my vacation and continues to be a waste of time trying to get a refund.
