    I love all the downdog apps. I prefer a streamlined workout where I know I’m spending every minute working out. I’ve been hoping for years that they would do a Pilates version! It did not disappoint. It is so customizable that it would be hard not to find a setting that’s perfect for you! Challenging and quick moving without all the fluff of regular workout videos, but thorough in explanation so that even a beginner can catch on and keep up.

    I am using Down Dog Yoga apps for a few years now, I am really happy to get a new app with some challenging Pilates exercises to get some different workouts when I don’t feel like doing yoga. I love their concept where you can customize your routine with primary and secondary boosts. I never get tired of my exercise because every time it’s a completely new routine. thank you Down Dog team!

    I love how each app works together and keeps your data. I also love how the apps make working out approachable. I’ve been using the app off and on for years and I love the functionality as well as the interface because it’s simple enough for anyone to use.
  • Keeps getting better!!!

    Just when I thought this suite of apps couldn’t get any better. There they go and add More!! Honestly the only exercise/movement/yoga/etc app anyone could ever need. Love the addition of liking and disliking moves as well. It’s been a godsend for injury recovery. I can just have the app omit thinks I can’t do while recovering. It’s perfect!
  • Pilates and yoga

    Just the best. The choices for levels ( I am post surgery and very out of shape with some restrictions) make it possible for me to begin a journey to recovery and good health as gradually as is good for me.
    Wall Pilates would be a good option to those of us who have vertigo but the beginner floor Pilates is manageable if you take it slow turning and getting up. Grateful for this affordable app with all the options.
  • Great workout to strengthen core and protect lower back

    I recently injured my lower back and going to Acupuncture, PT, and got a referral for an epidural. In the meantime, I was encouraged to do Pilates to strengthen my core to protect my lower back. I didn’t want to spend a fortune on local classes, but already had the Yoga app. I was able to log into the Pilates portion and love the workouts. Still in beginner mode, but slowly going to work my way up. Thank you, Down Dog

    These apps and the ability to customize them to meet my needs is a gift. I have been with Down Dog since the beginning, when there was only the one app for yoga. The ability to customize which poses to include in my practice was feedback I’d given and I’m sure others gave it as well. For the makers of the app to listen to that feedback and to create a body of apps that allow me to feel good in my skin when using them is a blessing. I have a neurological condition that is painful and limiting, yet I can still feel supported in practicing a variety of styles of exercise. Thank you so very much.
  • Best customized Pilates session!

    I love the amount of aspects you can customize from the primary and secondary focus areas, to the background music, to the speed and voice of the instructor. Truly a great experience and a good workout as well!

    I’ve been using down dog yoga since 2017 and always found myself wishing they had a Pilates app as well. Never rushed to the App Store so fast before! Thank you down dog team for helping me live a healthier life.

    I’ve been hoping for a Pilates app from Down Dog and they didn’t disappoint! I’ve been doing mat Pilates off and on for about 20 years but not consistently. This is a good mix of Pilates and stretching and I’m impressed with how clearly Pilates foundational concepts are explained. Cheers, Down Dog team! Another hit!
