Loving the new app so far! I have been using Down Dog Yoga for 4 years now and love being able to customize and choose and love now that this is available for Pilates! Great workouts for me so far, thank you for creating this!!Pilates for the first time
I love that I can now follow a Pilates practice at home! But at Beginner 1 the speaker was going very very fast. I kept pausing just to look at the pose and try it out once before continuing on. Other than that, and that it seemed to be a more advanced stomach workout than I’m used to, I loved it!This app is a life saver
Really. Exercise is so important for general good health mental and physical. This app first time after years of down dog yoga. I tried intermediate and it was perfectly challenging. Best exercise apps for busy people with self motivation. I try to share w everyone I love. Because a good life needs good health -First Class!

Felt good. Seemed shorter than expected. Had it set for 30 I think and practice was only 15. Looks like there isn’t a way to pick boosts or varied practices.Love this app!

this is the perfect Pilates app - I love that I can customize the length of practice and focus on a particular body part. my right shoulder doesn’t like side planks, so the feature to exclude that from my practice is awesome. Woo!
