Not enough thinking went into this app

Please let a user add 2 credit cards with 2 different credit unions… it’s nothing to do with security as I’m the only one seeing it and both credit cards say to log into card wise

Unable to register

Unable to register on the App. Stops when I get to birthday as has an error. I call, they say unable to register over the phone for the App. Useless nov21/24 so you know the date

No exchange rates shown

Exchange rates are not shown in the individual transaction info. Please update this so that we don’t need to wait until our statement comes out to see the rate we’re being charged.

Another issue - the ‘forgot username’ option/process doesn’t work… you have to punch in your CC info to retrieve it and it says it doesn’t match the info they have on file, even though it is correct.

User unfriendly

Just got a US Collabria Visa card and trying to activate my card and change info was a nightmare, finally had to call someone to get it done.

AUTO PAY DOES NOT WORK

Warning: the auto pay function does not work. I was charged interest while I had autopay for my full balance enabled.

Impossible to change password

App is fundamentally broken. After some time it will force a password change but no new password will ever be accepted. App always complains that password is missing special characters no matter how many !?&@$& you add and refuses to accept the new password.

In any case these stupid, moronic, user hostile password guidelines are now obsolete - a long password is the only feature that matters. Guidelines requiring changing passwords seasonly are also stupid and obsolete.

Check Payments Closely

Didn’t have a problem with initial setup. Missed a payment in June, and realized I didn’t have autopay set up. So I set up autopay. Ever since July, every payment I’ve made through the app has been ‘adjusted’ days after the fact. No money has ever been taken out of my payment account. No notice this was happening (it’s October now FYI). Statements even say “payments made” with a value beside it. MUST select “view all” to even see the payment was reversed, otherwise the main dashboard only shows you that the payment was ‘received’. Terrible app. Pay attention - they wont tell you, and will just keep charging you more and more interest as you go for months without noticing.

Not the best but good improvement

This app is very easy to set up. The user interface is nothing flashy but it works. It is miles better than the website or mycardinfo.

Fed up

I need to print my statement. Why no print option? Not a user friendly app.

Brutal

Agent tried but spent an hour and a half on two calls with same person. I ended up coming up with the solution. It was a painful experience.
