A joke
Just getting it set up is a joke. Token never arrives in email (not in junk) and when you click to send it again, it’s not a clickable link. Why is such a useless app even released? It’s infuriating when the regular site is no longer available.
No customer service, terrible setup.
I was having issues receiving statements, I was told the issue would be solved once I signed up for Cardwise. Cardwise did not display my statements, multiple calls to customer service over months did not fix the issue and I kept getting charged interest that the company refuses to reimburse. Finding another company.

Seriously useless app
I can’t make payment on my USD card through the app. Trouble ticket created but that is going nowhere. Never had an issues with Collabrias old payment system. But this app is less than worthless. There was nothing wrong with previous my card system. Why change something that wasn’t broken ?
Continue to call in to see if there is any progress on my “ticket” but told 3-5 days. Once they figure it out , will be 3-5 days. WHY NOT JUST CALL RIGHT AWAY !!

Doesn’t work
Keeps timing out and posts error messages constantly. Has some nice options in the app but is no good if they don’t work. Why would they shut down the old app and release this one before making sure it works properly.
Unimpressed Canadian
Balance is shown in USD… but limit is in CAD. That’s an accident waiting to happen. Clunky and annoying to use. Doesn’t update nearly as fast as my other CC apps. I can only imagine that this awful service is my bank trying to save money. I can’t wait to cancel my card and be free of this awful app. Only thing less user friendly is CardWise’s web app.
