Completely useless
I have been locked out of my credit card accounts ever since my credit union switched to card wise. I couldn’t get past the first step of creating an account in this app because my birthdate entry was ‘invalid’ despite entering it exactly as shown several times. What a waste. I’m now getting paper statements again like 20 years ago because it’s the only way to see my statements and balance.

I Quit!
I have tried many times over the last 2 months to register for Cardwise, both on the website and on the mobile app. I can never get past the security token part of the registration because I never receive a token no matter how many times I request one - NEVER! Not even hours or days later - NEVER has a security token from Cardwise arrived in my inbox or my junk box. I have called support twice and I have concerns about the security of this app if they cannot tell me why I can’t receive the security token. The fact that this is being pushed down our throats as the only option to view our cards online is appalling. As much as I used to like my Collabria credit cards I am about to cancel them and go with one of the Big Banks that I also deal with. The frustration of having to do this is minimal compared to the frustration of the last 2 months!

Lost in limbo
I saw all the negative reviews so I waited until the last date I could to download this app. My card issuer closed their previous app today.
My experience -> Went to connect my cards and only half the cards could connect to the app - get an error message saying “your card provider doesn’t work with us.” My card provider is the same for all cards. Now I can’t log into the old app, can’t connect all my cards in the new app.
Seems like this app really needed more testing before being released. Stay away if you can.

Worst app ever
My cardinfo shutdown as today aug 19 Tried to sing up it ask for my birthday in (yyyy-mm-dd) but it says is invalid tried 100 different ways just doesn’t work is a total pain horrible app

Asked for my birthday in YYYY-MM-DD format and then when I add it and it says it’s user error.. doesn’t work in any other format.. what a waste of time.

My credit card does not have an app and historically I have used the website “mycardinfo”. Well that website is no longer available for my card as of the 16th of this month. This app is ATROCIOUS. Log in information is all correct yet it will say failed over and over. I’ll try the process to change my password and it doesn’t send the recovery email so I’m effectively locked out of my account for no reason. Therefore I can’t check my balance or ensure I’m paying on time, etc. I’m honestly probably going to cancel my card now because of this. It’s absolute bull****

Can’t even log in, terrible app
Insufferable
I resent ever signing up for a credit card in the first place if this is the app my bank has resorted to. I CANNOT EVEN SIGN UP FOR IT. It’s telling me my password doesn’t have a special character EVEN THOUGH I TRIED EVERY SINGLE ONE IT OFFERED. I literally can’t get past the profile creation page. I’ll be going to my bank tomorrow to cancel my credit card. If there’s one good thing I’ve learned since becoming a first time credit card owner, it’s that I’ll be looking into the management part of it WITH A FINE TOOTH COMB from now on when signing up. If you’ve been shackled to this sorry excuse for an app like I have, I’m so sorry. If you haven’t, RUN.

Can’t get past password
Refused to recognize a special character in password, will not allow me to continue. Gave a list of recognized characters !$() and so on, but will not allow anyway. Changes to a system for which it was not necessary, causing inconvenience, and with a broken app? Unacceptable
