I love the idea of this app but I can’t get past the name. It won’t allow me to use my preferred name which is only one letter. I don’t understand this especially when you have to verify that you’re a real person.Sankofabird

All of our core features are free to use. You don't have to pay to swipe, make matches, or send messages. We offer a few paid options to access additional features, but they're totally optional. I was hesitant to get the app as I am married and was worried it wasn’t actually a friend app but more like a dating app but no! You get people who are also just looking for friends. It’s the same as a dating app, you get to fill out everything about you, post pictures and set distance and age preferences. So far I’ve noticed that texting first is the best way to actually get people to talk but if you’re too scared send a gif! Me and my husband both got the app and I mostly get women on mine and he gets mostly men, now idk if you can’t change the preferences to mix or get the opposite gender but it doesn’t bother us at all. I’ve had this app for maybe 3-4 days and got a couple phone numbers and one planned meet up so far but you really gotta put in effort like with any other friendship that’s in real life.Show lessRisks snacks

Created an account and logged in - started using it and then it threw me out the account; no option to sign back in, it wants me to create a new account? Tried to and it says my email address is linked to the account I was using but doesn’t let me log in my account? Pointlessman in the making

I got this app to find friends in my area, although I did match with a few people when I tried to log back on, it said that I had been reported in my account was permanently blocked. i’m not sure why someone reported me, but obviously the app did not do their research before choosing to block me. I had no pictures on there, except for a couple pictures of me where I was fully clothed and a picture of my dog. In my bio all I said was where I was from and that I was looking for friends to hang out with. I think the app is a great idea but people getting blocked from the app just because someone reported them without the app doing their research, Kind of makes it pointless because that means someone can go through and report everyone they swipe on and there will be no one left on the app.Show lessVagarsuhsfwtdbfd

I just was on this app the other day where I created my account and of course added my profile pictures. Well I hopped off for the night and went back on only to find out they took off my photos for “being against the guidelines” yet it was just a simple face photo. NOTHING WRONG WITH IT AT ALL. I even double checked the guidelines because I tried again only for once again a quick moment later it was removed again. On top of it I am unable to respond to anyone now or match with anyone?? Come on over a face photo that was acceptable. I reached out to bumble on Instagram and Twitter but highly doubt I will hear from them since people haven’t heard from them in months.Show lessWashrc

Please please please let us choose what gender people we get shown rather than limiting it to only people of the same gender. Bumble BFF is the best option for finding local friends but I don’t want to limit myself to just people of the same gender as me. At least give us the choice!BunnyRabbit07

App seems like a great idea in concept, but it’s puzzling why you can only match with the same gender. It seems that the intention is to separate it from being a dating platform, but aren’t swipes mutual?
