app is completely consumed by men from the dating side who realized most women moved to the BFF side.. these males are still using it as a dating app and theres no option to filter to females only.
9/10 women i swipe by have “no men” in their bios!!!!! myself being one of them after several bad experiences of men lying about their intentions.
men do not look for friendships with women. they see it as an opportunity to pretend to be a cool, nice guy until you meet up with them and they try to sleep with you. generally getting extremely aggressive when you reject them. even if you tell them 25 times before hand that you’re only looking for platonic friendships.
This app is dangerous for women.
removing the Hive feature was the dumbest move ever made. The “event” thing they have now is boring as hell. I had 3 amazing hives with 90+ girls in each for going out to clubs and bars. now i cant talk to any of them or ever make plans to go out because all the nightclub events on the new BFF are just guys.

Fun and easy to use for the most part, but accessibility for blind users could be better. It’s really hard for me to switch between tabs, and I can’t message my matches first. Also, I haven’t been able to verify my identity because I can’t copy the pose for the photo if it’s not described.Death star of the night

Signed up less than an hour ago - completed my profile/bio, added photos, verified my email address. Just opened the app to do some swiping, and it seems my account has been deleted as it’s asking me to sign up (and no option to sign in to an existing account)! Waste of time🙄.Crazy Bird Brained!

I got this app because I'm doing school online and don't have any friends beside my boyfriend. I made a solid friend on here within a day of having the app so I don't even need it anymore.
What I like about it:
• Has verification which is good for safety reasons
• There's a variety of fun prompts you can put & answer on your profile
• It finds potential matches near your location so you can hangout irl.
• You can filter your options by location proximity & age
•Even if you don't match with someone you can send them a message called a compliment (they are limited though)
What I don't like about it:
•There's not a whole lot of options for these tag things you can put on your profile to see what you have in common with people. For ex:One tag might be basketball to show you like basketball. And you can only pick 5. I think there should be more options and the max should be raised to 8-10.
•You have a limited amount of likes
•If you accidentally swipe left you can only back track if you pay money
•They only let conversations with matches be open for 72 hours. (you can pay money to lengthen the time but only by another day).
Improvements that can be made:
1.Not charging for accidental left swipes
2.If someone pays for a lengthened conversation, it should not have an expiration date
3.Everyone should receive new compliments daily but people who pay can have extra or unlimited.Show lessDraddy01

Well this app sounded like a wonderful one until I read all of your reviews. And then ESPECIALLY when support responses were not supportive at all. Great idea but y’all need to work out the bugs, check out accounts before closing them…you have way too many complaints about this, and work out something on your pricing please… your asking too much and repetitively too, just makes it not worthy nor appealing to your potential customers.Show lesskat1969Cor

You can’t see who liked you without paying. If you both swipe it shows but if one swipes and I guess you haven’t come across them yet you have to pay each week. Also are limited in swipes a day. Have to pay extra for advanced search criteria. Limiting the initial chat time is kind of weird.

I feel like this is a money grab.
I get many likes that I can’t see.
I’ve had two people messages me. Claiming I was one of their matches. HOWEVER, I haven’t seen a single match of my own. I feel like the app might not be showing your matches as you get them maybe? Trying to get you to buy the subscription. Which is quite a bit of money in my opinion. I would definitely prefer to use Tinder if I wasn’t married to find friends there that way I couldn’t get accused of things; potentially.
I thought maybe my app was glitched, but I updated it and it’s still the same.
I just saw all of the recent reviews and they’re all pretty bad reviews unfortunately.
I’m going to stick it out and hope that it gets better though. I think it could be great. I like the set up.
