If you will send an email from the associated email address to rinnaicentral.iossupport@rinnai.us with the subject Verify, we will verify the account and you will be able to log in. New User Registration Fails again
The new user registration has failed for me at every attempt. It requests a 6 digit number for confirmation and as soon as I enter the number from my email and hit confirm. It does not register the confirm button.
I was unable to set up my personal account and now I am having the same issue with my Pro account.
Please fix this. I’ve had nothing but issues trying to set up this account. This is your customers first impression and mine so far is Two Big Thumbs Down.

We apologize for the registration issues - we have been experiencing some issues on registration confirmation, and are working on correcting it. All of our devices do require the Rinnai Wireless Module to interact with the module using the application. The RX/CX Series Tankless Water Heaters have Bluetooth for the purpose of setup by the installer and to use recirculation remote push buttons, but for end user interaction with the application, wireless communication using the module is required.

Thank you for your review, and we apologize for the issues with the Control Failed message. In the short term, please log out and back into the app to fix this, but we are in the process of reviewing a new fix for this to release shortly. Thank you.

RXP199 support missing?
I know your main competency is water heaters, but if you’re going to provide an app, properly support it! In this day and age, ALL companies are tech companies.

Thank you for reaching out on this topic, and we apologize for the confusion. The RXP Setup feature is limited to user accounts that are set up as Professional accounts, as the setup of the water heater includes features that should only be performed by a professional or educated installer. The screen you described is the End User screen. If you are an installer of the water heater, you can create a Professional Account in the application and connect to the water heater for setup purposes. You will be able to remain logged into the End User account for use of other features, such as the Wireless Controller. We are examining functionality to bring to the End User accounts for Bluetooth connectivity in the future. End users can also use the Bluetooth feature of the water heater for instantaneous recirculation by push button (RPB200).
