I love this app! There are a ton of very focused programs. I’ve been doing the stretching/mobility & knee injury prevention for 5 weeks and it has saved my training. My knee issues had reached the point I thought I would have to stop training all together. They now feel better than they have in YEARS after just 5 weeks. This isn’t a big pump up app like Apple+ Fitness (which I find annoying after a while), it’s very focused very efficient and very effective. Alicia runs the programs I’ve been using and her cues are excellent. I look forward to the 2x15 minute sessions every day! I have this app. After about 20 years of cycling and the same repetitive motions I was having neck and shoulder pains and my core needed help and my leg muscles were stiff, etc. I gave the app a try and was instantly impressed. I needed more time to figure it into my routines so I contacted support. They were great and worked with me. After a month my body had changed, I could feel the strength gains in my legs and hips and this is an app I actually use and benefit from daily. My yoga son is loving the stretch exercises too and every time I stretch he comes down and joins in. I’ve also recommended the app to my brother as well. He was struggling to get to the gym. The daily stretching had worked great for me! After a year of heavy riding and a sore back, I started daily stretching with Dynamic Cyclist and have had no further back issues. And, I feel stronger than ever! I love that the daily stretching is just 15 minutes, which makes it easy for me to think about squeezing it into a busy day.Show less
