Good I guess
Booking west link rides “now” on the app never really works, theres usually no rides, but I guess you just have to book the rides in advanced which is fine. I just wish the tracking on the map was more accurate, because I could of missed my ride if I didn't run downstairs because it said on the map that it was further away.Show lessVIVIIDAi
good idea but loads of problems
in the morning i check my app and it says nothing about my bus that i have booked when i booked it for 7:50. At 7:30 it says “your bus will be here in 5 mins” and i have to run to the bus stop. then when i get to the bus stop, it says “your bus will be here in 7 mins” and stays at the exact same location it was 15 mins ago. It then stays at the same place for 10 mins. When i book my bus for 3.20 it either • SCENARIO 1 it cancels!! it says “your driver could not find you at the pick up spot “ BUT THE BUS SHOULD KNOW ITS A SCHOOL AND SCHOOLS FINISH AT 3:20 • SCENARIO 2 i wait for 20 mins for the bus ( i don’t mind this) but then when i get on the bus it takes the longest route ever for no point and it takes me 1 20 mins to get home when it should take me 20 MINS!!!Show lesshdhsbxidbhsjfjs
Somehow got worse
I have no idea how but this service just got progressively worse, first off my stop is out of the service zone now my entire hometown is out of the service zone, bloody jokeviper the gaming fennec
Used to be better now they’ve changed the zones

Arrived way too late
I booked a bus to come at 7:55 and it shows up at 9am? The service is terrible it said *2 minutes away* so I waited outside for it to come in the rain and I was outside for 15 minutes!! Then I checked to see where it was and it was 18 minutes away. It also sometimes arrives at the wrong bus stop so I have to end up walking for ages but by the time I’ve reached the bus stop they have driven off.Show lessboxerbex
Is there ACTUALLY no busses!?
The WESTlink is mighty but sometimes I question it.
Today a friend had a scheduled journey and I tried to join them last minute but when I searched the exact route they had taken the app claimed that ‘no seats available’.
Lies! The bus had 10 spare seats - good thing that I chanced it and discovered an ATM on the bus!
But how am I expected to find these chance busses if the app conceals them from me.

Unusable
This app is unusable. It is impossible to make any selections or navigate. It is hard to understand why this app has been offered to the public, especially as it is potentially a valuable service.dkvhero
Unreliable
It’s ok if you want a leisurely drive around town but if you need to get somewhere on time it’s uselessestudiante p
Fiddly
The app is fiddly to use. I’ve never yet succeeded in being able to schedule a journey for later in the day, only “immediately”: I click on the Schedule option and it never lets me change the time.
It would also help if it understood “relief” (as in hills): it’s pointless to suggest I get picked up at a bus stop 1/2 a mile away at the top of a steep hill - if I wanted to do that I’d just go and get the service bus. I have to tell it I’m somewhere else to force it to pick me up in the village at the bottom of the hill.Show lessKaren181
