Useless!
We live in Failand, a small village in North Somerset - very poorly served by buses! Westlink should have been the answer to our problems but, no!! It serves the nearby villages which already have bus services but won’t pick up or drop off anywhere near us! My elderly neighbour is virtually marooned at home since poor eyesight stopped her driving. She thought Westlink would be the answer but it is no use at all!Show lessRory's nana
Great service, nice app!
I live in South Gloucestershire near Bristol and this service is excellent. The app is well designed and clear, giving regular live updates as the ride arrives. It would be great if I could pay with Apple Pay, but adding a card was easy and not too much hassle.galexite
Just £2 for an 11 mile trip to the airport!
Have used on two occasions to travel to the airport and both drivers were friendly, arrived on time and the buses themselves were very clean and spacious. I can see a lot of bad reviews concerning on demand rides, so I should say that both times I’ve used the service it’s been scheduled rides booked the day before and the experience has been extremely pleasant.Show lesslaurasims113

The app just tells me whatever location I choose doesn’t exist (Bristol city centre - seriously?!)

Pointless service
Useless service. Can’t get me a ride anytime within a 2hr window. No point in using this if you can’t rely on it.
Will stick to driving despite NSCs best efforts to turn everything into a bus lane.Sammachin

Very nice
Went to Weston from axbridge and had a very friendly driver. Very clean and didn’t have much problem with booking. Just had to leave 20 mins earlier then planned which was absolutely fine. Much nicer then a normal bus.jessbes19283829

Every time I try and get the bus there is never one that can to me or the place I need to go even though it’s in the zone?JayDecar
