  • Unacceptable

    Poor quality “app”, doesn’t correctly link to either FaceID or TouchID, login is just sending to a website. Poor form and typical of the “customer service” received from the group.
  • Login attempts fail: “Internal Server Error”

    Reiterating this persistent problem, which many others have reported. No update release notes acknowledge this problem or its resolution.

    I submitted the problem through browser Chat (Michael), reporting “Internal Server Error.” Representative opened ticket. Told me to “try again later.” Failure continues. No notification of resolution promised.

    I had old app installed, which worked. Deleted it. Rebooted iPhone. Downloaded new app.

    Email notification and new app did not mention requirement to re-register. Website stated that registered users must reset password. Did that.

  • I’ve Never Been Able To Logon

    Website works fine - never been able to logon to app. ‘Internal Server Error’ is the error received. When I try the website with same info it works without issue.
  • Hire a professional app builder

    Whoever is in charge of the IT department at Colorado Springs Utilities should probably look into finding somebody that actually knows how to build apps because this one is garbage. You literally don’t get a full screen when you click on pay bill. It doesn’t give you any good information when you register. It doesn’t tell you if you’re gonna stay logged in or not. the graphics are garbage. So in my own professional opinion who has built thousands of apps and websites the person that did this one should probably find a new job and I am positive that McDonald’s is hiring.

  • Horrid app

    Internal server error all the time.
  • App has never worked

    Internal Server Error on every login attempt (I can login just fine to the website)
  • Absolutely the WORST

    I have tried to use this app over and over again for the past several months. IT DOES NOT WORK! It will only send a code to your email… WHICH IT DOESN’T! It will not resend the code. And, since implementing this app, I can no longer sign in on the Internet, with very same issues! What up CS UTILITIES?!
    When I do get in touch, I will be going back to paper billing. Shame on you CSU, for implementing a worthless app that also impacts web sign in!

  • Horrible app!

    Hire someone who knows what they are doing to build your app! This is ridiculous.

    The download was fine, but it will not allow login with account. Since loading app I have odd issues and difficulty logging in with Safari.
  • Unable to login

    Positive I'm using the correct login info. Get an 'internal server error'. They can't help on the phone.
