Unable to pay bill
I’ve tried several times to pay my bill, and keep getting “a system error occurred”. Waited a few days and tried again - same error.
Also, please allow for text message verification- using only email verification is outdated and frustrating.Meeschinco
Login not responding
Had old app installed. Deleted it. Rebooted iPhone. Installed new app. New app’s login not responding. New registration required? Email notification and new app do not mention requirement to re-register. Now returning error message on login attempt: “Internal Server Error.”RationalGuyCS
