  • Doesn’t work

    Doesn’t work.
  • Email not working

Will not allow me to check email through this app anymore

    Developer Response

Outlook is now accessible via oneSOURCE. Users who access Outlook via the oneSOURCE app will be redirected to Outlook in their mobile device’s browser. This adjustment is necessary following a recent update by Microsoft that does not allow access to Outlook via the app’s interface. Thank you for your feedback. Many Thanks, the oneSOURCE by UCHealth Team
  • Needs a lot of improvement

I haven’t been able to check my email from the app in 2 weeks now. It was never a problem before. Also, the time clock function doesn’t work anymore. I used to be able to clock in and out, but now it never recognizes my location even when I’m in the building.

    Developer Response

Hi, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are currently troubleshooting the Outlook bug. For the Dimensions issue, please call the UCHealth IT desk at 720.848.4000. We will reach out again as soon as the issue is resolved. Thank you, The oneSOURCE by UCHealth Team
