I’ve practiced for years in studio and now use this platform. The variety of classes and instructors are comparable and in some cases better than classes I’ve taken before in person. I particularly appreciate the option of catching a live class or recorded sessions based on my schedule, and keeping a list of classes to try.

I cannot understand why they changed all the terrific features of the old platform… the ability to search by length, by instructor, by type of yoga. This is an IMPOSSIBLE app to navigate…and they increased the price to do it? I just don’t get it. Bring back the old interface!
I loved the live yoga. Not interested in on demand. Have not been able to use any of it even after 20 emails. There’s no one to call. I will go to another “real” studio. I paid for a full year and unfortunately got stuck in this app instead of zoom. Yogaworks should test this with real people.
In addition to search/filter issues others have commented upon, the app does not consistently support connecting to a live instructor. On multiple occasions I have not been able to have the class that I was waiting to attend live become functional. Instead there is only a screen stating when it is supposed to go live - even after the class time has arrived. The instructors are great so if you are looking for an on demand app and are adept at searching for the style, instructor and duration without drop down toolbars, this can meet your needs. I try to remain hopeful about improvements to the app, but currently it is not meeting my needs and after several years of being a member, this is disappointing to pay for a service that can no longer provide a consistent live instructor practice option.
The new app is so non functional and difficult to use. I cannot filter searches by duration, teacher, level, or anything else. If those options exist, they are not possible for me to find. I am likely canceling this subscription because I can't find classes I want. Really too bad, yogaworks. You've been amazing for so many years.
This is a disappointment. It understandable the platform doesn’t work correctly right now because it’s new. What is not understandable is that YW changed the entire format of the classes. So what I purchased for $299 per year is completely gone and has been replaced with a subpar substitute. The teachers cannot see you anymore nor the students other students. So where you could get corrections to your poses, chat with others at the end of class, and get to know your teachers as you would in an in person class, all of that has been stripped. Now a like class is watching a teacher who may or may not do the pose. If you come in a little late forget it you’ll be lost because you can’t see anyone doing the pose. So disappointed. Will try to the end of June and the cancel. No renewal fro me. You should have asked before you changed from night to day. You lost me!

You'll also see a new chat feature coming soon so you can connect with your teachers before and after class.I practiced at YogaWorks when I lived in CA - 20 yrs ago. Then rediscovered the on-line classes -post COVID.
I love the classes. I have to say that I had added a number of classes to my playlist. Then with the new app those classes are gone. Bummer.
Please load up classes with Papo! He was my favorite yoga teacher.
