  • I would not give it 1 Star but had to for review

    NEARLY 3-4 YEARS using the app always issues Always have to change your password every month just to make your payment and still that doesn’t work! If you have to pay rent just use the website version if you can find the email that tells you your rent is due ive found that just open your email and press pay rent and you can pay it hassle Free! This App is a joke and a huge waste of time added the headache!! I only pay it online because they are supposed to report each payment with the credit report and on time payments can help your score!
    That’s the only reason or id just pay a cashiers check! APP DEVELOPER YOU KNOW THAT YOU HAVE A PROBLEM FOR YEARS FIX IT!!

  • The old app was better

    UPDATE: the app will no longer allow me to login. Seriously I’ve seen 8 year olds make better functioning apps.

    This app was created by folks who don’t know how to program. The keyboard lags and remember me doesn’t work. It also locked my account because the app forgot my password when the site took it. The old app actually worked where this one will get me evicted or fined. Fix it or I’ll send you my bills!

  • Terrible APP Version!!!

    This new version of Rent Payment App it is Terrible! I have to login twice because the first attempt never happens. It is until a second error window pop up that I can actually login using my Fingerprint option. There was no issues with the previous version which worked fine.
  • When will users be able to give ZERO stars

    I like apps over websites, however, this app stinks! This used to be a useful app. I don’t know why it changed. Thank goodness they have a website that works & allows rent payments & other functions. The app repeatedly tells me my login failed. The website says login successful & allows me to pay rent. The app sends me to the web to reset my password and then tells me login failed with my new password. The website, again, works fine. Why use an app? Why do the app & website use different databases for login credentials? Does that mean my account information (name, SSN, bank information, etc) is in multiple places? Why not lower overhead costs & ditch the programmers scamming you with this app & stick with the ones supporting the website?

  • Never works

    I can’t ever log in. Every time I need to log in the page just refreshes. Doesn’t say my passwords wrong or anything. Then the app will tell me “login unsuccessful” even though I just changed my password yesterday. Absolute trash and I would honestly consider moving out of this apartment just so I don’t have to use this whole payment system ever again.

  • Save time and a headache and don’t even bother

    Can’t even get passed account creation, the app can’t find my property so I tried the website. It found my property there but account number doesn’t work. Don’t know if it’s a problem on my apt end or the app but regardless both parties are incompetent. I’m putting blame on my apt cause they would chose a app with a 1star rating.

  • Inconsistent

    There’s a lot of bugs on this app. Constantly getting signed out, having to reset the password, crashing while it’s trying to take payment. My biggest issues is that it takes forever to update you balance.
    If you have roommates and you’re splitting bills it takes hours sometimes days to update the balance that’s owed even after money has been taken from your account.

  • Unable to login

    I’ve been using the app for about 5 months until recently. I’ve attempted to login and received a message “login unsuccessful” so I thought I forgot my password. I changed my password and still can’t login. I’ve been reading people’s comments on here and it seems like a common issue for most people. This app is trash and unreliable.

  • Trashy App - 0 customer service

    The new app is complete trash. It used to work fairly ok before the new app was released. As soon as the new app came out, the problems started. I was logged off the app with no way of signing in or making rent payments. Have tried calling for help, but there’s ZERO customer service. We should’ve be forced to use this app to pay rent!!!

  • I have to make a new password everytime!

    I don’t get why they require us to pay rent with this app!

    I made an account an selected “ remember me” just for it to keep asking for my password ( I put face recognition enabled so I can just sign in looking at my camera) & THEN when I put my corrrect password it says “login unsuccessful”

    So I request to change my password an still have yet to receive a link that gives me the choice to redo my password… it’s been a week!

    But the worst part about it is I CANT use any of my passwords that I can easily remember BECAUSE THEY KEEP MAKING IT A REQUIREMENT TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD SO OFTEN AN YOU CANT USE A SIMILAR PASSWORD LIKE THE LAS ONE. The developers must not know how to make it simple an just work.
