  • Worst App ever

    I am so sick and tired of this stupid app. I constantly have to change my password. Then im having a problem with resetting the password because it won’t send me no kind of email to do it. I’ve tried reaching out to the chat but guess what it constantly says it’s closed and will be open at 7 AM . Guess what the app still says their closed! I will rather go and take my money to a money order place then deal with this app. Horrible app do not use!

  • Trash App

    I wish I could give it ZERO stars. Why our leasing office decided to switch to using this trash app to make rent payments I’ll never know. It doesn’t even itemize the receipt! I’m used to the receipt showing how much went to rent, utilities, etc. for as much as my complex/leasing office messes up I’d PREFER it break my receipt down for proof!

  • The old app was better

    This app was created by folks who don’t know how to program. The keyboard lags and remember me doesn’t work. It also locked my account because the app forgot my password when the site took it. The old app actually worked where this one will get me evicted or fined. Fix it or I’ll send you my bills!
  • Unable to change password

    I’ve been ordered by the app to go to the website and change my password. I’ve been trying to change it for 40 minutes following all the rules, and it tells me every time that I made a mistake and try again. I’m almost in tears from the frustration.
  • WORST APP EVER!!!!

    This new rent payment app is the worst apl i have ever experienced. The rent payment app we used for 10 years was a 5 star app, not once did we ever have an issue. This new app they moved us to last year has been a complete disaster. It literally takes 45 mins to an hour managing through all the problems to finally get our rent paid. Immediately having to “download” an updated version every time we try to log in. Always having to reset password. Always having to provide our billing address, which is the same as the address we are paying rent for, and over and over it says the billing address is invalid. If you try to navigate the app it just kicks you out and makes you go through the same exact process above, multiple times until somehow it finally recognizes everything and allows you to make a payment. The scary thing is that i have zero confidence that an app this incompetent is protecting our personal data. WE SHOULD NOT BE FORCED TO USE THIS APP TO PAY OUR RENT.

    This app is trash because it doesn’t work. You have to go to the website to pay your rent. What good is this app if you cannot use it for its intended purpose. It worked when I first got it but keeps telling me login unsuccessful. I use the same login information on the website and it allows me to login, go figure. Bye!

  • Irritating and Aggravating

    I just wish we could pay rent the normal way. This is ridiculous. I’ve been trying to pay my rent for two days. It doesn’t remember the password.
    Every time I try it again it has to download the “new” version. I guess I prefer the way we lived in the 90’s when people actually cared and were there for you. This is the norm for our children but it’s unfortunate that they will never experience true customer service and care the way we did. Now most of the time you have to PAY to get someone to TAKE your money!!?!!

  • Extra frees

    Was told that if I downloaded the app I wouldn’t be charged the fee, but that is not true I am still being charged.
  • Use at your own risk

    I have an Apple phone and a Galaxy phone.

    The Apple phone and Galaxy phone both downloaded this application fine.
    The problem arose after I logged out!

    If you are using an Apple phone, Apple phone will not allow you to log back in. You have to change your password.

    With this application, you have to change your password every three months!!!

    If you are using a Galaxy phone, the Galaxy phone will allow you to sign back in after logging out.

    I have tested this several times. The problem is not with the Galaxy phone, only the Apple phone!

    I rarely pay my bills online. I prefer the regular mail. But in the fall and winter months, the mail can be sporadic. At the suggestion of more than one person, I tried this method.

    It did pay the bill on time. The problem is not being able to use it at all times, whenever you need to look at something. That is a real issue!!
