Useless and money-making app

Waste of money Don't do what I did!

The staff are horrible within an hour of downloading I realised it wasn't the app for me!
I sent serval emails and even quoted their money-back guarantee and I was told I won't be given my money back!

Unlike other apps, they Don't give you a free trial not even a day! I tried to express why the app looks enticing but when you sign up for 3 months and realise it is actually bull! And it's actually not how I like to work out or do workouts.

I am so upset and frustrated! They do not care about customers just want to make quick money off people then tell you you can't have your money back even after an hour of downloading or even with their money-back guarantee!

So many better apps out there go for one with a free trial and test it out before committing. Enjoy my £25/26 hope you all get paid well enough

Scammers - unhelpful - don’t help you at all

I downloaded the app to help me get out of my grief, I used the free trial the videos were rubbish and did not use the app since.

I thought I cancelled the subscription not realising I was paying for it as they give you no updates when they are about to charge you from either the app or email.

Got a notification from my banking app taking out £50 from my bank account,

As soon as I got the notification I emailed the company, explaining that I have been going through grief due to the loss of my father and that due to this I didn’t realise I was paying for this as my mind has been everywhere - they were not understanding at all,

Do not download the app and do not pay them as the company do not seem empathetic to any situations - they just want your money

An absolute scam - should be called Harm-a

There refund policy is fake, the sole purpose is to get ppl to sign up to the hundred of useless ad on bundles that they offer because the core product is useless and is just a picture of the period cycle and the same plan you can get from a tik tok video. The customer service is also vile. Good luck and may the odds ever be in your favour if you join this pyramid scheme of Elizabethian Holmes lite.

Dont for get to report them to the financial conduct authority! Super easy and quick

Beware before you commit

I purchased the app after reading how “customizable” the workouts are. They’re NOT. I answered the questions in their buy flow stating I was a beginner and opted for a workout I hoped would help. The workouts provide ZERO modifications and the videos/voice overs do not line up, making it difficult to follow a workout correctly. I asked to a refund due to not being able to use the app because of the zero modifications and being unable to adjust my intensity level in hopes of finding gentler integrations. They are denying the refund because I don’t “meet the criteria” and said I HAD to follow the program for 14 days. Hard to follow something you cannot do and they’re unwilling to provide modifications to help new learners. Seems like a liability waiting to happen.

SCAM-do not invest!!!!

The overall layout is visually nice, but I’m not happy how I was charged 40 more dollars with extra charges all because I was trying to exit out of the system. I go to find out how to get my money back, and it says you have to have mastered and have proof of passing 14 days of its classes. The workouts aren’t worth the money you are spending your money on. I will do the 14 days of working out to get my money back, but it will be 14 days considered missed due to the workouts being awful and low intensity.

What program requires 14 days with mastered lessons to be eligible for a refund??? Shame on this program for not being upfront about its policies. Shame on this program for charging what it does with its repetitive, low intensity workouts. Shame on this program for its hidden and sneaky add ons.

I had such high hopes!

So much about this concept is great. The UI and the design is lovely and I love that it allows you to choose your workout days and choose what you want to do on your off days. Obviously syncing with our cycle is lovely. But the fact that I have no way to view what the workout plan is or the exercises that I’m going to be doing makes this an absolute dealbreaker and deleted app for me. If I could view the Workout plan and especially substitute exercises, based on equipment and preference, then this would be my number one workout app but without any of that, it’s totally unusable.

BEWARE!! Would not recommend

Horrible company. Tried to cancel my subscription and they charged it again. Emailed immediately asking for a refund, which was declined. Waste of $50. BEWARE!!

Don’t risk it

Downloaded and paid straight away as seemed great but offered no free trail to try it out. Work out videos are terrible, offer no form suggestions or adaptations for different abilities and difficult to follow. App interface isn’t user friendly. Emailed within hours of downloading to ask for a refund as I wouldn’t be using the programme. Took 3 emails and 10 days to get a response from the billing team and told they wouldn’t give one unless I used it for 2 weeks and sent them video evidence! Ridiculous. Don’t risk your money

Unusable and SCAM ‘money back guarantee’

Great idea, poorly executed. First, it does not tell you before purchase that you need extra equipment. Second, the workout instructions do not match the exercises that are being performed on the screen. Sometimes the instructions are telling you to do a plank or something and the woman on the screen is just walking around stretching. Very confusing! Third, you don’t have the option of playing your own music from another app - which is a basic feature on pretty much all the other apps, and finally their “money back guarantee” is a scam. You have to read the fine print to see that somehow your supposed to do 14 workouts (which is impossible given that the workouts don’t sync up with the instructions) and send in an email. I’ve never heard of not being able to get a refund within a certain number of days with all these requirements. It even says that ‘not liking’ the product is not a good enough reason to cancel. WHY NOT?! I’m supposed to keep paying for an useable app?? AVOID!!!

I’ve been looking for an app like this

Cycle synching ladies, this is a good option! I used to need multiple apps for different workouts (yoga, Pilates, hiit) and plan out my own schedule, but this takes a lot of work out of it. I’ve done a couple of the workouts and they’re great so far for my period phase. Looking forward to checking out the rest! My only note to the developers is to please update the vocal prompts to include clearer times to do the other side, some exercises only vocal prompt one side so you miss when to switch.
