Won’t book appointment
I LOVE this app but my appointments won’t book. I am trying to do two in one. Keeps saying there is an error. I went on the website instead and it worked. I tried to discuss the problem through the appropriate report and issue page.. but that says its down too so. Here I am. Once its fixed, its perfect!

Best vet care facility
Parkway is the most professional, caring, and easy to deal with pet medical facility we have ever dealt with. Friendly, proficient, and caring staff along with excellent veterinary doctors. I would recommend to anyone who has a pet.

Love This Office
I have been going here for years and would not take my beloved pets anywhere else. They are empathetic, compassionate, kind, and caring, and truly truly will work with you in anyway to help your pets.

Set up is difficult if you are blind or have kkw vision
The accessibility of the app is lacking. I had to require someone else
To se this up and still not sure what is going on. Fixed pages mean some
Content are not even clickable. Deleted the app

We love Crest Hill Animal Hospital & app!
My cats Remy & Winnie enjoy this establishment so much. The staff & doctors are incredible & so patient/informative & caring. And not to mention the app is super helpful and easy to use, you can book appointments at the press of a button. Awesome job Crest Hill Animal & staff!

Not impressed
All this app does is allow you to book an appointment and see when recommended appointments are due. I don’t need this. I can make appointments on my clinic’s website without an app using up my phone memory.
I was hoping my cats records such as lab work would be posted here but there’s not even a place for that. I deleted it.

Nice setup but no pet variety
I like the general setup of this app; however, I wish there were other pet options besides cats and dogs. I would have loved to use this to keep track of my rabbits and guinea pigs.

Great!
I love having everything organized and in one place, this app is great because I can view everything I need. I could also do everything like ordering medicine and scheduling an appointment at my own fingertips. It’s a great app to have for pet owners.
