User friendly
I like being able to view what my pet is due for right at my finger tips! It saves me a phone call. Easy to schedule and I love there are fun animal facts when you click to schedule!

Enrolled then what?
My vet isn’t listed in app even though I enrolled in their care plan. I cannot find a way to view account to manage or view the payments.

Couldnt create an acct
I tried many times but coukdnt get it to work. I got a code, entered it and coukdnt get past there. After many attempts I gave up

Cannot use app
I cannot log into the app because I cannot reset my password. The in-app screen to reset the password has no submit button.

Fast, Efficient & Accurate
I started using this app and scheduled an appointment. I got a email confirmation immediately . In addition, the messaging is quick as well. I got a response less than a minute
