  • App still crashing…

    The app still crashes as soon as you open it causing you to have to delete the app and redownload it .. and the readings are inaccurate
  • Horrible

    Can’t even use the APP it’s just a black screen as soon as you attempt to open it. It’s useless just taking up space and in my way… -1 star is technically appropriate for the rating but whatever…
  • Doesn’t work

    App opens for a brief second, then goes to a white screen.
    I thought they would fix it, but it has been months like this.
  • Black Screen Of DEATH

    I have seen other reviews regarding this same thing. You open the app and it shows the log in for seconds and then the screen goes black… it’s Been like this for a month.

    Would be a great app if it didn’t crash. Blank screen when opening, no way to view invoices, and Face ID would be nice.
  • I wish I could give this app a negative 1

    The app crashes as soon as you open it up. I had to uninstall it and add it back several times just to make a payment on my energy bill. What’s even worse is that I cannot log into my account using Ambit Energy website. Ahhh Ambit Energy y’all need to get this fix asap. Don’t nobody have time to be messing around with this crappy app when they wants to look at their account, especially paying their bill.

  • It doesn't work

    This app simply doesn't let you see my electricity bill, much less make payments, I always have to use customer service or the website. One day it lets it come in and four days it doesn't, just remove it as an option from the company and that's it because it's not good
  • Doesn’t work

    The app just crashes or goes to a black screen every time I open it. It’s a waste of space on my phone.
  • Black Screen of Death

    Every time you open the app it just either immediately crashes or goes black and can’t even make payments on this app. Guess they bother to charge you outrageously for energy but don’t even want you to pay the money to update their app to make payments. Then when I have to wait 20min to talk to customer service to resolve the problem they’re incredibly rude or barely speak English and sent me to the wrong department.

    Overall - 1 star doesn’t seem low enough.

  • Horrible app

    Congratulations Ambit for creating a 1-star customer journey with inaccurate account information. On the phone with a supervisor that has no clue why my fully paid and current account shows past due. I hated Ambit 20 years ago and it’s actually worse. Fire the head of IT and SW Dev and replace them with a college graduate, a person with no experience would be better. What a group of idiots.
