Great training program
I have been using RunDot since June 2023. I was having heart rate issues and struggling to run paces that prior to heart rate issues (long covid) would have been considered easy. My sub 4 hour marathon seemed impossible due to high heart rate and difficulty breathing. Since training with RunDot, I have run 3:56 at the age of 60. I enjoy the training and the accountability that goes along with it. Because I travel to hot and humid climates for family commitments, the Ap also adjusts trainings for temperature, dew point, and terrain. I would highly recommend RunDot to runners of all abilities.

Been using a year and continue to make gains
Uses AI to create and adjust a training program to attain goals. Not only has my run time/pace increased significantly, I continue to make gains while staying injury free. Strength workouts are never the same and never boring. 10 out of 10, recommend.
11 minutes Shaved
I’ve been using RunDot consistently for 4 months and have shaved 11 minutes off my pace. I don’t know what else one needs to hear to know that this program is THE TRUTH. Run slow to get FAST!!!! This program makes me RunHappy!
Training so simple to follow
I was recommended to RunDot by a friend who has trained successfully using TriDot. The runs load to my Garmin watch. The easy days are easy and I’ve enjoyed adapting to a much slower pace, the harder sessions are specially targeted to my age, experience, race goals, time trials and a whole host of other data explained In videos, facebook group and support from the RunDot team. I’m excited to see where this leads

Adaptations
It’s been a great program. I decide to try out this app because of it’s push to try to get you to the start of your race injury free. I found that the app is adaptable based on what one’s abilities are at the moment and what they have accomplished. The AI associated with the program makes adjustments to one’s workout plan on a continuous basis as it sees it’s needed. And because of my schedule, I was able to move runs around during the week. I used the app to help me train for a marathon and I ran faster by more than an hour.

App seemed promising but failed short at a lot of things
It is not compatible with Fitbit even though it says it is.
It truly needs to say somewhere before signing up that 1. It’s not a study because you have to provide payment information and their ad fails to mention that. 2. It should say you just have a Garmin.
3.it is not intuitive and doesn’t give you a starting point.
You have to go change the time you started your workout and then MAYBE it’ll carry over the data from your heart rate monitor… but 4. It should also mention it is not compatible if you run on a treadmill.

Great App
Has helped me so much - I have been using it since July. After being plagued by injuries, the training plan has revolutionized my training and made it so much better.
It has forced me to learn and understand running performance better - instead of just following mileage plans out there without understanding fully the impact. Love that this is personalized. It was challenging at first to run slow in zone 2 but now it comes more naturally and I love running even more than I did.

Renewed my LOVE of running!
Returning to running after an 8 year hiatus, my times were slow and I wasn’t seeing any improvement. Until I started using RunDot… within a few months of training, I was finally able to run a 5k under 30 minutes again! Takes the guessing out of training and is tailored to YOU.
Motivates me to get out there
I was in a running rut when I discovered RunDot this past summer. The daily variety of exercises has helped renew my love for running and the desire to run. It took me awhile to understand the process and I get frustrated by their matrixes, but the Facebook support group is a big help for answering questions and overall the app has been easy to use.
