Great App
I have been using RunDot since June 2023.
They offered a free trial to see if it was a good fit for me. Being an interval runner I was skeptical as most programs do not cater to this type of running so I figured I would never be able to keep up. Although RunDot does not take intervals into consideration I have gained do much from this program as soon as the trial was over I signed up! It has pushed me out of my comfort zone and I have been able to do so much more than I ever thought was possible. It looks at all your stats and gives you a training program suited to your fitness. It uses pace and heart rate for times training runs. I look forward to using it more and training myself to get better and better. As they say, trust the process it really does work!

Makes training easy!
Well, I still have to do the work. But the app tells me what to do and when. It adjusts to my pace, the weather, and my goal races. Thereโs even strength training if you want it. What could be easier than that?
Love RunDot
I've been running for about 3 years. I heard about RunDot from my running coach/personal trainer who has used TriDot to get ready for triathlons. He suggested I give it a try to get ready for a half marathon. I love the program and how it will adjust and change with me if I miss a workout or two, the AI is amazing. unfortunately, I was not able to complete the half marathon because I had surgery in the middle of my training that set me back eight weeks, however, now Iโm getting ready for a 10-mile in January and I love the training, my time trials on my 5K have improved by three minutes. Iโm really excited to see where RunDot will take me!

RunDot is a great run training application. One of the best benefits for me is motivation. When I have a scheduled plan, I am more motivated to keep it and execute the plan. The plans are designed based on your personal performance and goals to increase performance and decrease injuries.
Loving RunDot Training & Community
As a fair weather runner, data junkie, and fitness enthusiast this app and community have really upped my game - Iโm training for a marathon! RunDot support is very responsive, and as soon as Apple delivered updates that allowed workouts to push to Apple Watch, RunDot dev had the app and features/functions delivered. Yes, there are bugs and reliance on browser/PC for some things but the updates and enhancements are frequent enough that you can โseeโ the subscription dollars at work.

Fewer Injuries and more motivation!
Since using RunDot, I have had no injuries and my motivation has been high! I love training again! Before RunDot, my coach overworked me which led to chronic fatigue, injury and a lack of motivation to train and race. I love that RunDot adjusts for my abilities!
RunDot made me a stronger runner!
RunDot is just the inspiration I need to get out the door and work hard during my training runs. It holds me accountable in a good way! I trained injury free for my marathon, and felt stronger and better trained than I have in years. I highly recommend RunDot to motivate you and teach you to train better and smarter!

Great Program!
I have been consistent with RunDot for three months now. Iโve been a runner more than half of my life, but when I had hip surgery in 2011, I had to take a break. Over the last twelve years Iโve tried couch to 5k several times but always ended up hurting my hip too bad to continue. The RunDot schedule has eased me into running again and Iโm running longer and farther than I have since my surgery! I canโt say enough good things about this program, itโs kept me excited for each workout and I love to see the Trainx scores after each run!

Run dot has helped me in tracking my training, thresholds and which zones to run in to help my long distance speed and endurance. Highly recommend for anyone looking to PR or just improve your overall running!!
