Best Training Program Out There

I signed up for RunDot in late July to prep for the Black Bear Half Marathon in NC on October 8th (event 3 of the Appalachian Trilogy). The program definitely works! I felt strong and fast during the event and I even PRed with a time of 1:28:45 (it also helped me PR a 5k race a month prior). I had done 3 half marathons earlier in the year before using RunDot and finished all with a time of 1:32. Perhaps the most important thing though is the fact that for this event I was injury free! I’m confident that this was due to the adaptive training sessions and schedule created by RunDot, based on the environment and my performance, abilities, trainability, and genetics. I thoroughly enjoyed and looked forward to each training day, and the gamification aspects of the program make each session exciting in attempting a max score/xp and chasing those elusive unicorns and Pegasuses 🦄. I wholeheartedly trust the process and ideology behind the training structure (strong before long, fast before far) and I will continue using the program going forward. I’m planning on doing my first full marathon in 2024 and I know RunDot will help me crush it! 💪 I can’t recommend the program enough!

Solid Tool

Great tool that helps give structure and guidance to training plan. The feedback helps see how well you execute each training session and how you are progressing over time. I supplemented with a RunDot coach who has been extremely helpful in understanding how to use RD to maximize results.

Helpful and easy

RunDot is an easy to use and understand app which has programs to assist all skill levels. It has helped me get back into running and stay more consistent with my workouts than before I had a set program.

Impressive App!

Joined for a trial for 2 months and continued to train for a Half Marathon. Prediction was incredibly accurate. Love the App and will be using it for my next Full Marathon.

Fewer I juries and more motivation!

Since using RunDot, I have had no injuries and my motivation is high! I love training again! Before RunDot, my coach overworked me which led to chronic fatigue, injury and a lack of motivation to train and race. I love that RunDot adjusts for my abilities!

Buggy

I just downloaded the app so I know I have the latest version, but the app continuously crashes on me or won’t load any pages/screen. I can’t complain because I’m trying the training for free, but I can’t even access the dashboard to see my training.

Great training app

Great and user friendly app that takes the guessing out of training. Individualized workouts based on your level of fitness with the ultimate goal of increasing your speed, aerobic base, and overall fitness. Great for beginners, intermediates and advanced runners!
