Bad!

I can only log in but the toolbox doesnt work!!!

Just bad

This had to have been on the cheap, doesn’t keep you logged in despite constantly telling it to do, not even close to mobile compatible, just a disaster of an app

Can’t use

Only can login, can’t use anything,the toolbox all can’t open. I tried to download again, use the website and update my phone system, still doesn’t work, more than one month!

Have to login every time!

Before the last update for iPad and iPhone, once I was logged in the first time, it automatically logged in every time when I opened the app. That was great! Since the last update, it doesn’t. On iPhone I tap the 3 dots in right hand top corner over and over again before a login screen comes up then the pre-filled login screen. On iPad the login screens come straight up when I hit the 3 dots, but it fails to login. It’s quicker to put details in every time but that’s such a pain. Please fix it so it auto fills and logs in..

Update: august 23 2023. Have to manually login every time on both iPhone and iPad. Even when I can get the login auto fill come up it won’t login. So frustrating. please fix it so users stay logged in. Was much better before franconnect took over.

The globe switched to this update

URL ? How do I know what url is I used the globe fir my work place says do update and then this app installs asking what’s your URL ? I now have NO ACCESS FROM MY phone for over a month ?

app just doesnt work

As soon as I type the platform URL for boost the app frezzes, wont load and is unresponsive, most useless app ive ever used

Did not think about users in multiple sites

Process for switching sites is very laborious, AND my old Safari Add to Homepage icons don’t work anymore…
