Useless App
The main purpose for me getting this electric blanket was to be able turn it on from the app when I am not near the bedroom so it can preheat.
However, that function doesn’t work unless you actually press a button on the physical blanket controller. If I have to press that button on the controller, I can turn it on using the controller! Yes, you can change the temperature once the blanket is on and set the schedule, but not being able to turn it on is a major flaw in the design.Show lessBT in NC
The App is DOA

The reason I chose this product was so I could use the app to control temperature. The app is totally useless making this purchase a big waste.Anders888
App only works one tap at a time
The app effectively stops working after you either turn on or turn off either side, or both sides of the blanket. Amazed that I’m not the first person to bring this up, yet nothing has been done. Essentially the app does not work. Buy another product, with a better app.lamers420

Can’t have two phones to control
My husband and I each wanted to use our own phone on our own side to control the heat as we each wanted. Well, that doesn’t work because only one phone can be paired with the base.
Also, if your phone ever unpairs, any schedule you made or settings you saved are all erased.
Lastly, when I try to use the app to set a pre-heat going, I get a notice that I have to go press the checkmark button on the base for it to work as I want. Well, if I was nearby to press the buttons on the base I wouldn’t need to use the app, now would I?
In conclusion, I cannot say this app is any good. Such a shame.Show lessRedPixie34

Frustrating useless design
Inability to turn bedding on for 2 hours after turning it off from the app makes this app pretty pointless. It’s irritating, frustrating, and confusing. Time for a re-design.Engineer John2
Unable to turn on after turning off
Frustrating user experience. If I use the app to turn off the heated mattress pad then I am unable to turn it back on from the app unless either (1) a schedule has run to turn the mattress pad on, or (2) I press any button on the keypad. If I turn it off from the app and then later on in the night I want to turn it back on I have to get out of bed and walk around to my partners side to click a button.Show lessName Taken 22339
