As many others have mentioned, this app is "lacking". It's very basic. But that's ok for me. It gets the job done.
Another small "con" is that they don't offer any kind of automatic weekly investment options. But since the apy of the accounts fluctuate I personally would rather manually invest weekly in my deposit accounts that currently offer the highest apy.
CD's are where this app really flourishes. If you're looking to put your money in a cd then Raisin is exactly what you want.

Great APY, horrible app
I'm extremely satisfied with the savings account and interest rate that I have received, but the app and it's lack of user-friendly is frustrating. Please improve your customer service and the functionality of this app. You're certainly getting enough money from me to do so

The app works great allowing you to check all your accounts, deposite & withdraw money, check your monthly statements, etc. I believe it’s easy to maneuver and is user-friendly.
Though I would like to state that with how much revenue they make, all the issues and bug they had prior to this update should not have been happening for this long. Glad they fixed their app.

App Works Fine Now
I started last month, November and whatever issues there were have been resolved.

Hard to login
It leads me to a screen, “I have an account” or “register” the I have an account button leads me to a different website. Like it takes me out of the app. And when I put my password in, it said it sent authorizing text but I never got it. It’s done this before and I’m getting sketched out. I’ll be withdrawing as soon as I can get back in. Shame cause great rates

I will have to agree with every other user. I downloaded it and were hoping that everyone was just overly complaining. But unfortunately, they are right. Therefore I came to write a review and offer my thoughts and suggestions for how to make the application better: use MX Technologies. They specialize in applications for mobile banking and offer several other valuable services for banking solutions. Please take this review seriously.

Second thoughts
App itself is horrible, you have to login and verify each time. There are a lot of typos on the app like “high-yeild CD’s”, “No penaly CD’s”. How can you be a trustworthy, serious application if you don’t even spell check before publishing something that’s supposed to manage people’s money. Moving money takes so long, it takes days for your account to show after you make a deposit, and then my checking account doesn’t even register that it had money taken out of it towards my raisin account so is this a scam? What’s going on.
Update: they have since improved their login situation. Can verify that my money does transfer, it just takes a long time. I am hopeful for more future improvements!

RAISIN App in NOT user friendly
Their rates are great, but I don’t trust the company because if you cannot get your app, which is the window to my wealth, to work efficiently, I have no reason to trust why you do any better in managing my money. There is no face recognition function, even worse, many times the app does not even open on my iPhone! If you can’t fix an app, how can I trust you to manage my money? I have a six month CD that I’m waiting to mature, after that I’ll be out. I’ll take my money someplace else that provide me better access to my wealth, with few points less in yield. Get your app fixed it couldn’t be that difficult! HES

Great Products offered BUT terrible app
The actual offers you can see for high-yield savings accounts are great. The app itself is where Raisin goes wrong. There’s no auto login with face-ID and it never remembers your device and has to send you a two-factor authentication number every time you login. The interface to see your transactions, balances, and make transfers is also very lackluster in the information it gives. It also shouldn’t take so long to process transfers as it says it takes 1-3 business days, but it is ALWAYS 3 business days.
