Love my Mobi!
I've been using the Mobi pump for over 4 months now and I love it! The weight of the pump is less than half of the T:slim X2, which makes a huge difference - I can hardly feel it on me! The app works great and I haven't had any issues so far. Thank you Tandem!
P.S. Please make a widget available so blood glucose can be seen on lock screen! And so we can ask Siri 'what's my glucose?'Show lesskatylarsen

I like the Mobi a lot. Just switched from the T-slim. Love the phone controls. But, I hate that I have to go to Tandem Source on the website to see my total daily insulin use. On the T-Slim I was able to see that directly on the pump. Please fix that and soon! It would be amazing to have the total daily insulin available on the main screen and then when you tap it, it brings you to the breakdown of basal/bolus and the option to see how much you used over a period of days. That helps with deciding how much insulin to load at each cartridge change.Show lessWifey2Odie

I absolutely love my new Tandem Mobi pump and the integrated Mobi App—it’s simply amazing! Here are the top things I love about it: it stays connected without any issues, it’s incredibly small, the cartridge changes are super user-friendly, and everything can be managed through a single, all-in-one app. The insulin pump patch holder is the perfect addition. Plus, for the first time, my A1C is below 7.0—down to 6.8 and still dropping!

If you are using this Tandem T:slim X2 DO NOT install this app until you are ready to switch to the mobi. Installing this app will sign you out if you t:connect app, and delete your data. I installed this app to prepare for my Mobi training next week, only to be booted out and lose all my t:connect data.Show lessnow you've done it

Please note that if you have both the t:connect mobile app and Tandem Mobi mobile app installed on your smartphone, the t:connect mobile app will be disabled along with a warning message. If you are using the Tandem Mobi system for your therapy management, it is recommended that you delete the t:connect mobile app from your smartphone.Has potential but app is not ready for use
I was very excited for this insulin pump due to its small size and ability to be worn in different ways compared to the tslim x2. Unfortunately I think tandem has released this pump before it was ready to be used by people. While the small size of the pump is great, the app is not reliable which brings constant headaches to managing my diabetes. Connection will be lost between the app and the pump at least once a day, sometimes up to 10 times a day. The notifications are glitchy and inconsistent (sometimes they will not let you dismiss them or they will vibrate on the pump and not show on the app). The graph which shows blood sugars and daily time in range will only show and update ~20% of the time (sometimes closing and reopening the app will resolve this issue but sometimes it doesn’t). Tandem should not have released this pump before properly testing out the app. Due to the headaches of this app my time in range and A1c have both gotten worse compared to when I was on the tslim x2. I will probably switch back to injections over using this pump until tandem can resolve all of the issues with the app. But the small size of the pump is fantastic and that is the reason I will not consider switching back to the tslim x2.Show lessmzarras

I love not having a bulky pump in my pocket. The app is average at best. Having to do facial recognition on everything is annoying and a hassle. There weren’t hurdles like that on the Tslim x2 and there are on mobi. It’s like we went backwards in a way with the Mobi.
The notifications are annoying. Come way more frequently than TSlim even if you clear them and have them on mute. The stop insulin notification has no customization like tslim where you could set it for 15,30,45, or 60 minutes. And have it be vibrate. This is 10 minutes and beep only. Brutal.
You get authentication approved and lots of times I think that is saying activating my other profile was approved. It is not you have to press activate again, and it’s gotten me in trouble sometimes thinking one profile was set and it wasn’t.
There needs to be an Apple Watch app for blousing, clearing notifications, etc.. Therefore, I don’t need to have my phone out in meetings or at family dinners.
I could go on. Again, love the mobi size, the app is meh.Show lessLobster181

Recently switched over from Tandem t:slim to the mobi. Online training was excellent and walked me step by step on how to move over from one pump to another without issues, including CGM session. As I primarily used the mobile app on the t:slim, learning the differences between the two was very easy.
On a day to day basis it allows me to fully manage treatment on the phone app. Did end up programming the quick bolus in case my phone is not available/lost/broken.
The only information missing, while not critical in daily management, is more robust historical data on total daily dose and average usage data. I can get most of this online in tandem reports but it would be nice to have this info in the app itself.Show less1980brighton

Works Reliably Lots of Room for Enhancements
First and foremost, this app does what it says it will do reliably.
Very useful additions I would request
#1 Widgets. So you could see BG, IOB, etc from Lock Screen, Home Screen, or wherever you want
#2 Siri support. E.g. “what is my BG?” would be a safe one
#3 Better handling of alerts. It would be great to be able to dismiss an alert from the Lock Screen. It’s a bunch of steps to handle an alert in the the middle of the night.. especially when you know it’s coming e.g. trending low, treat, hits low.
#4 Customizable app sounds. It would nice to know it’s a Mobi alert, not some generic app alert for example.Show lessSeattle Wine
