A great start to an AI enhanced scheduling app! You are investing in potential with this app - it is functional now but is just scratching the surface of the potential of AI for time management. Luckily the developers are very active and adding features and functionality regularly. Adding single and multiple tasks and events using the voice command works well most of the time and the app suggests times and task lengths to block out my schedule. It adds basic suggestions to each task and emojis too. It has a simple clean UI and simple settings.
That said, it is lacking a basic search (!); a simple way to get to a specific date and back to today without endlessly scrolling a horizontal date menu (!); more in depth AI functionality like suggesting different days and splitting up larger tasks, AI generated task snooze options, detailed information and suggestions about especially work related tasks, giving general time/task management suggestions, etc.; night dark mode and additional UI appearance options; etc.

Keep an eye out for what's next!I have been trying out various to-do apps on the app store, and I came across Daily Flow recently. I am so glad I found it, it is one of the best apps I have found. The layout is neat and easy on the eyes, and the celebratory animation when you do all your tasks is a cute little reward for the end of your day. One of my favorite things is the two-way sync with Apple Calendar, which not a lot of apps have. I can't wait till there's a web version as well! And maybe a discount 😂.

1) The app needs to have the ability to interact with the AI component through a text-based system, in addition to the voice-based system. I would like to be able to have a regular GPT text chat experience with the added abilities that the app provides.
2) The AI should not only be able to schedule tasks, but it should also have the ability to break down a task into smaller sub-tasks, similar to how Goblin Tools works. For example, if I type "clean car," the AI should automatically populate sub-tasks such as gathering cleaning materials, removing all items from the car, picking up trash, wiping down surfaces, vacuuming, etc. It should also provide an estimate of how much time each task will take. If this feature already exists and I'm somehow missing it, please let me know. I believe it only give you suggestions for the tasks that are imputed but I do not find that to be a good use of the AI aspect.

Stay tuned for these updates!Just dropped and started using the app. Looks good so far but can’t really leave a good review as I’m only able to use the free version (which I’ve already reached the limit to what it lets me do). I can’t really see spending $10 a week or $50 a year to use the plus version of the app when there are other free options available like Notes or Reminders.

It works generally well but I can’t get it sync with my calendar which is hugely unhelpful. I didn’t get to try out the app before purchasing the subscription so now I’m stuck having paid for it and don’t think I’ll end up using it. I’ll keep trying. I tried to use the “get support” and it pulled up my email right away to email for help but didn’t attach an actual email so really no way to even reach anyone.
It has good features, the slowness of it when creating the to do list after voicing them doesn’t bother me because it’s much faster than it would be for me to create it manually.
I’ll keep trying I guess, since I paid for it.

Also, the app crashes every time I attempt to change the category from another calendar to the app task category. Infuriating! Anyways, the best part about it is the suggestions AI creates for the scheduled items.. I need to cancel a warranty I purchased and it gave me a list of things to prepare, suggested I invest the money, etc. Way cool!
Super great. I love the way it’s organized, and I love the dictation feature. The only complaint I have is the lag time between dictation and the actual task being uploaded. With that being said, it’s lovely.

Stay tuned for speedier updates next year! Your experience matters to us.I have been immersed in the whole AI thing for a while I have severe ADHD, nearly crippling, and AI has been a godsend to me. I have been searching all over for a calendar task appointment habit tracking app that could use AI to intelligently schedule tasks and also do it very easily with minimal amount of interaction with the app. So far this app is come closer to what I want and anything else I have found it’s not perfect but it’s good, one suggestion to the developers and this would be a huge feature is to automatically be able to set a buffer between tasks like 15 minutes to prepare without having to schedule that that would be enormously helpful the tasks do not overlap which is a huge problem with other apps, but they don’t leave any time to get ready and you have to add that in manually other than that I am fairly happy. I am looking forward to seeing where this app goes.
