Amazing app
Best workout app, very detailed and helpful in all aspects

I was looking for an app to build and organize my workout, AND log my sets and progress week after week.
Logging sets is crazy annoying. You have to scroll up and down and the increment isn’t necessarily the one you need. I told them 6times we just wanna hit the box and dial our weight. Still no update. Also when you start a workout the weights are just random regardless of your last workout. The Ai aspect is also quite dumb and useless.

To many glitches
To many times I have done a full workout and it come up as I never done it when I’m done and there is no way to edit things you may have a mistake like accidentally put the wrong weight. Did that once contacted support for help to fix it and that was no help at all. What’s the point if the workout isn’t going to save that you did so you can try and accurately see what your progress is.

Scam stay far from these guys
Mediocre ai software…took $80 out my account after I cancelled it and they still charged me and they only offered me $10 refund after I was done. Still didn’t recieve the $10 stay far

Don’t use, you can’t cancel, I’ve email & made direct contact and they don’t cancel but keep trying to take the money, app is rubbish anyway
Easy to use - A must for any gym goer
Love this app! Jake (my personal trainer on AI) set me up with a great plan that’s easy to use and challenges me for gains!
Scam?
Is this a scam app? The training programs are nothing special and the app is not working well. But that’s not the worst part. They make it very difficult to find the way to see or to cancel your subscription and they don’t give a manual renewal option. They charged my card 3 months after I hadn’t even used my account for $60. I’ve seen more people rating the app poorly because of the exact same reason..! They never ever sent any notice about renewal, I haven’t subscribed for any renewal, I asked for refund for the false charge and they haven’t been responding since then. Beware!

Could use a larger exercise library, but solid training platform
After doing a body-split five days a week, I needed something different. I love the fact that the app builds the program around your progress; its like being back in school and having an actual workout plan.
What I'm a bit frustrated with is the lack of some of the exercises opened to me with a PPL split. 16 years of lifting has taken its toll on some joints, and I could use the option for some warmup sets and add more exercises to the library.
I'd love to see things added such as: Arnold Press, Chest Pushdowns, Lat Pullovers (bit different from dumbbell), single hand Bulgarian squat, and Meadows Row. I'm sure there are more I'm forgetting at this time, but there are so many exercises and variations. A little bit added here and there would be great!
Another thing that would be a good addition are “tips and cues” that could be associated with each exercise that would go over hand/feet position, how to setup for the movement, and what your body should be doing as you do the rep.
Other than that, the app is great.

Cancellation neigh on impossible.
Tried this app and now being charged £23 pm which is very expensive for the functionality (I can’t see any thing that clever in here) and honestly can’t recall ever agreeing to that amount.
No option to cancel sub in app, and it’s not linked through your Apple account either.
Don’t forget your password, as the link on their website to reset it doesn’t work, the button to submit the form does nothing.
