  • Accountability

I really enjoy you get are able to track macros and the accountability the work outs provide. The timers are a great way to get a great pump if you have trouble tracking rest times. Talking to the coach gave me a great base to set up an easy meal plan. The lifting examples if followed correctly can help anyone improve form. Great app
  • Good app needs more workouts

I truly like this app it’s great. It’s helping me reach my goals. But it could use some help a bunch of equipment in my gym that I use such as the hack squat, the lying leg curl, and some plate loaded machines but other than that I got no complaints
  • So far so good!

I haven’t started the gym yet seeing this is my first week on the app. Focusing on total calories I have to eat a day. This app really helps you keep track of your intake on protein, fat, and carbs. I already notice a difference in my energy throughout the day!
  • Even the free version is very helpful

I’ve been tricked into downloading several different fitness apps and go through a bunch of questions only to be hit with some ridiculous subscription prices at the end and still no help. NOT THIS APP. There is a premium version but there’s also a free version and I like the free version so much I’m thinking the premium will be well worth the price
  • Solid app

I really needed a plan to make progress in the gym and the AI in this app is amazing. Builds you a solid schedule based on your goals. Quickly switch up a work outs if you have less time or need to train on a different machine. Shows your progress overtime. Tracking food is fairly easy I will say sometimes I can’t see my past meals that I want to just repeat and sometimes I can. It would be cool to have a saved folder of common dishes I make.
  • Verity and Service

I signed up for this service and felt that is wasn’t worth the money. I reached out multiple times with questions and they only answered a selective few. I felt the app lacked variety with exercised. The exercises are basic. For the money, I wouldn’t recommend it. There are better free apps out there with better service from their developers. Helping the right people to develop apps is important.

  • Great app with growth potential

This is a great app for lifting. Haven’t used the food tracker.

Room for improvement in the reporting. I should be able to see progress in individual lifts. Their strength tracker makes no sense and i have not been able to find anywhere they explain the KPIs that they report out. I have gotten way stronger, however the app always says Ive lost strength.

Another place they can improve is workout editing. If i look back and see a wrong input, i should be able to change it. As it sits now to fix a input mistake after the workout you have to erase your entire workout and input EVERYTHING. Even after that the duration of that workout will be down, unless you leave it open and set a time to end the workout at the appropriate time.

All critical comments aside, this app keeps me engaged, consistent, and has been monumental in me fitness journey this year. It’s not cheap, but good things never are.

    Developer Response

Hey Lynxo, Thanks a lot for this awesome feedback. This is very helpful for our team to keep improving our app. Fortunately, editing a workout after you've completed it and more detailed individual exercise reports showing your progress will be added in the next update by the end of May. Additionally, we'll make sure to include an explanation related to our strength tracking algorithm to clear the confusion. Happy lifting!
  • Pretty solid work out app

I’ve been using this recently and it’s pretty solid! I have some massive adhd so focusing on a consistent workout plan is always difficult, but the workouts generated are solid! Their nutrition side is pretty convenient as well. Could use some helpful features like barcode scanning on food that would really help on the nutrition side. But would have to say definitely more focused on your workouts!
  • Not great to use. Workouts basic. Money Back Guarantee is false

Thought I would give this a try because it kept a showing up on all my SM feeds. Bought 3 month trial. 1. Put in 2 different objectives- workouts came back identical- basic split routines. 2. Then put it in use- klunky to use. Routine is in particular order, can’t replace exercises if station is busy at gym. Recommended routine updates came after few workouts and didn’t make sense. 3. Contacted CS for refund. Responded, you only get a refund if you complete the trial. Okay- I guess you’ll keep my money because I’d rather use a usable app.
  • Great App!

I really love this app. I like how I can see my strength change via reps or weights. My only complaint is that I can’t add custom exercises. I’ve used other workout apps that allowed me to add in custom exercises such as “Hex Bar Shrugs” “SSB Squats” just to name a couple. This is the only reason I can’t give it a 5th star.
