I really enjoy you get are able to track macros and the accountability the work outs provide. The timers are a great way to get a great pump if you have trouble tracking rest times. Talking to the coach gave me a great base to set up an easy meal plan. The lifting examples if followed correctly can help anyone improve form. Great appGood app needs more workouts
I truly like this app it’s great. It’s helping me reach my goals. But it could use some help a bunch of equipment in my gym that I use such as the hack squat, the lying leg curl, and some plate loaded machines but other than that I got no complaintsSo far so good!
I haven’t started the gym yet seeing this is my first week on the app. Focusing on total calories I have to eat a day. This app really helps you keep track of your intake on protein, fat, and carbs. I already notice a difference in my energy throughout the day!
