This one doesn’t work!
I bought it for myself and for 3 friends. One friend wrote in immediately, looking for help to get it to work (so far, no luck). Mine stopped working on Dec. 4. Very disappointing! Not like this is the first year JL has had advent calendars.MainerDeb

I’m 17 now and I’ve loved the Jacquie Lawson Advent calendar since I was little and my adoptive nonna gifted it to us every year! Since she couldn’t see us it was her way of being with us through December. The games are so fun, and now nostalgic, to play. My favorite is still decorating cookies! The animations are super cute and the music is nice to listen to, it definitely adds to the experience :) I hope everyone can find some winter joy out of it! App doesn’t work
I have tried using this app and have not been successful. I have sent two emails for help and have not received any response. I wouldn’t waist your money on this.RCP1953
Disappointing & boring
The last really fun one was the Nordic one with the gnomes. Each year since they gotten less enjoyable with more videos to watch & less fun things to do.
This year’s “main” scene is almost entirely a bunch of trees where you’re to look for a new animal or bird every day.
The graphics aren’t as good & already too many videos instead of fun things to do. The flower arrangement thing was just frustrating.
I’ve bought this not just for myself but as gifts too for years & this year everyone is disappointed.
I’m not sure I’ll buy these in the future.Show lesskn2
Terrible
The calendar is beautiful with a lot of fun surprises. There are too many issues. I cannot access many items and have to keep deleting and reinstalling the app. Then I lose everything. Today, reinstalling won’t even work. It’s very frustrating. I would like my money back honestly.75278483929
All good until 4th
Sent to me as a gift, I set it up on my iPad all looked lovely and ok. Sketchbook however, wouldn’t open and was invited to spend £7 for full version….I assumed this to be a glitch but today,4th Dec, I cannot access the ‘bauble’ and again invited to purchase the full version…..I thought I had the full version as JL sent an email in November confirming that I had successfully activated my gift! Can’t open day 4
Bought this in November, been fine for days 1-3 getting me into the Christmas spirit. Today clicked on the day 4 bauble and asks me to log in which I’ve done on the last 3 days but today it just keeps asking, tried restore purchases says no purchases found. Went to their website, no contact us details just lots of FAQs one one which says try updating but Apple says it’s up to date! Thinking that maybe I’ve wasted my money!Show lessAvisG
My FAVOURITE Advent calendar!
I had this app for about 5 years and this years theme is Edwardian. It looks amazing and I’m loving every minute. The attention detail is awesome and very entertaining. I decorated my tree, designed my drawing room, played games, puzzles and flower arrangements . It’s only day 3 and can’t wait to do the rest.Show lessKinderkit

The time that was put into this interactive advent calendar is amazing! I am so glad I purchased this! It’s got so much joy that I need right now! Thank you for this little bit of positivity. Everyday so far I get excited to see what’s next to open!

iOS app stuck/frozen
I loved this advent calendar last year, however, this year each day on the daily box ie today is December 3rd…, the box will not close even though I touch on the X to close it. So it’s stuck. been happening three days in a row now. In order to fix this I have to delete and upload the app again and then it loses all my saved features. Please fix this and yes I have the latest iOS update done. Otherwise I really like this app. Thank you!Show lessBB 447
