Don’t get it, waste of time, money, and your travel experience

Honestly, I’m one of those people that likes to give people and everything the benefit of the doubt and because they had such high ratings I on the app despite some detailed horrible ratings, I decided to try it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

BAD MOVE. Don’t get this app, don’t use it. You may think it’s convenient, but when you want to modify your tickets and request customer support, IT. IS. A. BLOODY. NIGHTMARE. You follow the instructions, they still make you may the modification fee (which I assumed was the difference). Nope. They make you pay twice, then when questioned and asked for a refund, they state that they were two separate transaction fees and tell you that your modification submission was not successful and didn’t go through. Hence it was considered a separate transaction. Their customer service is horrible, no empathy, no sympathy, no acknowledgement on their end when it is a technical failure on their end, and no actual help. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I’m sure it’ll be cheaper and worth the service even going in person and purchasing train tickets than this app.

Total rip off

If you use this app you end up paying nearly double the price of your ticket. Buy your tickets at the station!

Ninja should find his look for a mastery

I had used it between Melbourne and Sydney. Won’t make that mistake again. Sorry Ninja, but why do I need to download and register and login to see my previously bought tickets? Why you don’t show some needed info like passanger name in your app (since I already had to download and use it)? Lastly… why do I need internet connection to show tickets during check? How hard it is to think that people might not have 5G network while doing so?
Sorry ninja, look for some lessons, maybe Trainline, or other, who done their homework.

Pricing on trains is completely gouged and dishonest

I took a train in Spain and was referred to the app after viewing the train rates on google. I’m not a local and was unaware of the price manipulation. The round trip prices for the trains were $27 for 2 ($54 total). We received a final invoice with no line items for $136 and after writing to the info line asking for a credit for the difference in case it was a mistake they responded that their pricing is up to them and final prices on railways tickets are not the final amount they end up charging you. That means they charge a 250% markup on the actual service provided by the railway. CRAZY. Find the actual train company that takes you to your destination and do not purchase through the app!!

Rip-off

Charged almost the same amount as the Portuguese railway tickets for their so called service. I would recommend doing thorough research and booking directly to the rail provider. Expensive lesson learned!

Not a scam but feels like it

They are essentially reselling tickets and make 200% profit out of it. Not clear on ticket types and cancellation. Avoid at all costs. Look for the nation provider for your country of travel simply by going on Wikipedia.
