Very easy app to use

Simple, easy to search, would recommended for fast train to Lisbon.

Double the price

We were recommended this app for Portugal using the high speed train. Well we paid double the price of the ticket. Next time we’re using omio. Would not recommend using rail ninja for Portugal!

Easy to use

I love the application. Easy to use and very self explanatory. When mistakes done very easy to resolve. Excellent customer service.

Scam Company!!!

Wait until you get to the train station and buy directly or go directly to the train provider apps and book directly. They wait too late to get any quality seats for groups (even two people) and their app is so outdated. We use Trainline and Omni across most of EU, but Nordic areas not able to - but will never use Rail Ninja ever again.

Enormous price hike for worse service. With no refund available

I bought train tickets from Porto to Lisbon through rail ninja. Rail ninja doubled the price of the train provider and I can only get a refund for the actual price of the tickets, the markup fees are nonrefundable. This company will take advantage of foreigners who don’t know better. After finding out, I bought a ticket from Portimão to Porto, first class, that was less than half the economy class ticket on rail ninja. Don’t use these guys

Be very careful

They don’t book tickets directly, so you pay and they can cancel just before you depart. Happened to me.

Overpriced tickets

Careful with this app. Train tickets are overpriced and you cannot cancel or ask for a refund. Seoul station to Airport was 4.5x more expensive compared to purchasing directly from the station.

Don’t waste your $ - bit tickets directly from the rail service

I got this app and bought a ticket from
Oslo to Stockholm. I live in the US and so am unfamiliar with the rail service options in Norway. Colleagues got tickets for the same train, but a later time the same day, directly from rail company. They received messages days before that their train was cancelled. I never did and thought maybe it was just their particular train. Arrived to find my train cancelled too. The What's Ap link for service they provide - no one ever responded. It was Sunday, no way to get a hold of anyone. Bought a ticket for the next train (the next morning, which cost me a hotel stay) and only after buying the ticket, got the message it could take over 24 hours to confirm. Which was after the departure time and I couldn’t risk it. So I bought a third (!) ticket directly from the rail service. Who said 1) Rail Ninja inflates the cost (they do), 2) doesn’t message customers (they don’t), and 3) expects customers to get refunded through the rail service when its Rail Ninja that bought the tickets themselves. I’m still waiting on my refund 2 months later. Don't make my mistake!
